We drove through the drive through and ordered a large Dr. Pepper with extra ice on April 1st around 8:00ish pm. When we pulled up we paid $1.83 for the drink. Once we picked up the drink it did NOT have extra ice like we asked and it wasn't full either. I asked the girl at the window for a small cup with ice. She told me that it would be $.23 more for the ice. I told the girl that I ordered it with extra ice. She yelled to her manager who was mopping the floor... the manager came to the drive through window and "without washing" her hands she started to handle other customers food... She VERY rudely told us if we wanted more ice we would have to pay for it. I tried to show her the cup was not full and I also tried to explained that when you pay that much for a cup of pop it should be full. She told us we only paid a buck and some change... the last time I checked $1.83 is NOT just a buck and some change... She said to us I do not care how long you sit there you are not getting more ice. If you are going to be a manager in the fast food industry and you are going to mop dirty floors you really need to "wash" your hands before you "handle your customers food"...You also should be nice to your customers AND remembers your customers can make or break a business so you really shouldn't make getting extra ice after it's ordered that way a big deal and take the extra step to take care of your customers. I've called over 5 times trying to get the store number and still have not been able to get it. They put the phone down and never come back! It's disappointing when a manager acts this way in front of her employees and even more importantly to her customers. BUT to be 100% honest from her attitude that manager hates her job and could careless about...
Read moreI've never had a bad experience at this McDonald's till tonight I went to order at around 10PM I had just gotten off work and decided to stop by whoever was on first window didn't have a car because the only car I seen was one at second window so I figured it shouldn't take him long to get to us my mom honked the horn and he asked are you honking at us ma'am? When she said yes he told her with an attitude (Well you can wait) and walked off and left us sitting in the drive thru the manager who's always really sweet Rico came to the second window and asked us what happened and I told him and he nicely apologized and cooked my food fresh idk if someone has trained the young man at the window on how to speak to people or he just doesn't care either way that's not how you treat people who's money contributes not only to McDonald's and the store you work at but also to your paycheck it's also a bad reflection of your manager who's a good manager i know McDonald's may not be 5 star cuisine to some but for those who get off late at night it's a meal if you don't care about your job then think about another one don't make your customers have a bad day just because you are and you don't like the occupation you chose that's a YOU problem not an us problem Thank you Rico for the nice customer service and fixing the situation with your employe I hope he learns some better customer service and starts to care about how he presents himself to others that he has to serve...
Read moreToo bad I can’t leave less than one star. I work am a manager in fast food, and if my restaurant gave a customer an experience that was this dissatisfying, I would fire MYSELF. The girl taking orders looked like she couldn’t have been more than 15 or so, and she had an aweful attitude. There was someone’s PHONE and DRINK sitting on top of the clean trays that they were putting FOOD ON. There is no telling where they have used that phone or how dirty that phone is, and it is right where someone’s food is. I waited for around 10 minutes for my food, which is rediculous for it not even being busy. Everytime I looked into the kitchen, I saw not one employee working on our order, nor anyone else’s. And instead of making them do their job, the front of house employees were standing around talking to their friends and on their phones. In the end, we got our food, and just like I predicted, it wasn’t even fresh and hot. It was hardly even warm. My cheeseburger only had two small pickles, and a small dab of ketchup. Nothing else. In addition, the employees were not even all wearing a uniform. I wouldn’t let my employees walk around in random hoodies and random clothes. So thanks for making my long day come to a disappointing end. Either fix your employees or lock the doors. This is...
