If I could give this location no stars, I would give it, 3 negative stars. Too many problems experienced at this location. Literally went in with 4 people inside already. 1 eating, 2 mobile/door dash and 1 waiting to order. The one person waiting to order walked out because of the wait and I asked the other 2 waiting on their mobile/door dash, how long have they been waiting. One said, they are always slow and nobody ever check on front counter which both I've personally experienced multiple times but, yesterday was the icing on a filthy cake. Literally waiting with no one even trying to help besides one employee that said she would be with us in a min and I haven't seen her since. One mobile/door dash person got their food and was leaving but at that time, two young females come in and go to where you pick your food up. They asked one of the employees to get their mom and me thinking they wanted to get money from her, tell her some news or whatever but, what happens next, blows my mind. The woman(manager) comes up and asked what they wanted. She told them to come over to the register and proceeded to tap in their order. I threw my hands up and asked, what is going on? The other mobile/door dash customer asked, wasn't you waiting to order? I said yes I was. The woman looked at me like I was in the wrong. I understand that you wanna take care of your kids but, you're running a business and I'm sure they didn't have a thought of paying, did pay or if they did, I was still overlooked as a customer that has been waiting with no help in sight. Read moreIt's october twenty eighth, and I went to mcdonald's and bought four large meals. Two large fillet of fish meals, two big mac meals. Not one of the items had a monopoly game piece on it. I asked the gentleman and he said all they had was ten piece.Nugget boxes. He wasn't even aware that the other things came with the game pieces. Let's be honest.The food sucks.And I did not go for the food but now i'm out forty dollars.And i've got no monopoly pieces. Not even one. I understand that people run out. However, it would appear that this location never had the cups.Because i've ordered from them multiple times and never gotten a monopoly piece on the cup or the hash browns, and now it appears they're out of everything.And the game is halfway through running.
Oh, I just got home and one of those fillet of fish was actually a double fillet of fish.Which I did not order. I don't feel like they blessed me.I feel like they gave me old food. I would just rather get what I ordered.

Read moreThe experience at this McDonalds is not only bad but also not ideal for your teenager to work. I ordered a sandwich no onions. I am allergic to them. I give the sandwich back and instead of a new sandwich they just took the onions off. Highly unacceptable. Then my daughter works here and we told them she is still a Minor and in school but wanted to feel the happiness of making her own money. The manager scheduling her did not care about her getting rest and school they scheduling her to get off late and later. Also one Manager Sheryl does not know how to talk to anyone. She is constantly yelling at the employees and not respecting their space but walking up on them. I took the time to write a review hoping the General Manager would care enough to run this business as a stress free and realize there are young people here that is in need of being taught the correct way of customer service and not just doing what they want. I do see their could be a better review if customer service was worked on, have your employees greet the customers with a kind and helpful tone, make certain the workers repeat the order, have til he order checked before bagging, make certain that fresh food is being served, and whether young or old have everyone speak with respect...
