The "manager" Chris is extremely rude. I went to the drive thru, placed my order and let him know that 2 days prior, they did not give me my strawberry cream pie that I had ordered. I advised him that I had my ticket*(which included the date, ordrr and order number)and used my app to place the order. I was unable to come back that same day due to work, but that I had called, and did not receive an answer. He told me that I needed to "describe the person that was at the window when I initially came" I tried to the best of my ability and then he argued telling me that no one fitting that description worked there and that the app is ran by a third party so there is no way to prove that the ticket was real and that I had placed my order at that location. I pulled up the order on my app and he still proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he could do about it. However, a young lady asked for my code in which I used to place my current order and saw that I had indeed ordered the pie during my prior visit. She then apologized and gave me the pie. Chris, you SUCK and you should not be a manager. I have been in the Food service MANAGEMENT industry for over 15 years and this was by far, terrible customer service. Not only am I giving THIS review, I have also called customer service e and sent an email. You may need to come to ME for a job one-day (because you will not be in that position long with your mindset) Anyway, to the young lady that made it right, I appreciate you. Although my only complaint is the Big Macs were thrown together kind of messy and a little soggy. Other than that, other trips have had one time the fries were under cooked, Every now and then, a slight problem with a chicken nugget and sometimes the mobile app pay has issues with the computer system, actually twice was charged full price and didn’t apply discount and had to pay for full entree, no biggie but at the time I hadn’t calculated that price was an issue. Notice: youre charged full price until you pick up order then price adjust after and you get a confirmation. Overall,love the experience with McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting when you get it. And the service is good for the most part, they do shut down around 3–4:30 am for cleaning or prep for breakfast.. do not order on app for pick up if you plan to go around that time. Their computers are down during that time. There’s been multiple times I went around 2:30 am, so typically from 2-4 you can pretty much assume there not open for service in red bank at that location. Read moreI wish there was an option to leave no stars, I'm literally over this location. Every single time I come through they have always messed up the order one way or another. The employees are always rude and most the time don't even acknowledge you at the speaker let alone at the window, they damn near throw it at you and shut the window. I've been a GM for 14 years and would be absolutely appalled if I had a team like this!! Unacceptable!!! For my complaint.... I first sat in line for approx 15 mins and then an additional 8-10 mins at the speaker with no acknowledgement what so ever. I ordered a Crispy Chicken add mayo.... THATS IT... got handed my food, window shut in my husbands face. He started to pull off before I could check my food... guess what??? Got my sandwich!!! No mayo AT ALL... not even pickles which I'm sure is at least standard build and to top it off the bun was over toasted. my husband pulled back around and jump the long line that had built up and went straight to the window... they literally started at him and ignored him till he said something through the window which was cracked open... gave me 3 mayo packets... no apologies no effort to fix ... just shear rudeness! It is what it is but my promise to McDonAlda is this.... My family and I will NEVER return to this...
