09.21.2022 @ 7:10 am My order was taken by a young man, it was ringed up correctly. I ordered an ICE Caramel Macchiato. When I got to the window, the lady was about to give me a Caramel Macchiato. I could see it was the hot not the ice kind. I told her, that wasn't what I ordered and I handed her my receipt. She sighed and told me that she asked me if I wanted ice. I said she who? I was ordered by a male and why would I'll be asked that, if he got the order right because I said an ICE Macchiato then pointing with her finger to pull ahead and wait for my drink. I felt that was an attitude problem. I told her, it was a drink, and I should not have to wait additional time for it, and to just give me a refund and that I didn’t need an attitude. She went to tell her manager, that I said she had an attitude problem, instead of providing customer service and do the refund as I requested. I was asked by the window lady, if I spoke Spanish, which I do. She was not cordial and the way she told me to pull over was literally go over there and wait (VAYA PARA ALLA Y ESPERE). That did not set well with me. Needless to say that, I was never told thank you or please ever at any time during this visit. The manager came to the window and lecture me, about no one there had an attitude problem instead of recognizing they messed up my drink order. I would like to emphasize that customers choose the drive thru because the convenience of time in a sense of speed service. They held me by having a talk that only serve for me not to ever come back to this location and take the time to type my feedback. I know the customer is not always right. This was not about validating I was right, but I don't expect a lecture nor to have to accept THEIR MISTAKE AS MY OWN.
They gave me the right kind of drink as they had it ready by the time the manager finished her speech. If only they could tell the difference apart from both kind of drinks. It saves everyone time and satisfaction of getting what the customer ask for, without having to argue to get what it was paid for...

On 5/7/2022 I went inside this McDonald's on Fairview Rd and placed an order. I stood in a group of people for about an hour. Others getting more and more upset. We were repeated told to just "hold on a sec". I never received my order. No refund no food nothing. They took my money but I got nothing in return. I walked out because I knew I was too angry to deal with the people behind the register. Decided to cool off before reaching out.
McDonald's customer server responded with this the next day.

None of them care there. This is a poorly ran corporation. No customer service at all.
You got my money and I got no service or food in return.

Read moreI wish I could give a zero start rating. My family and I experienced terrible service after an extremely long day. We stopped to get two Big Macs and use one of the promos available on the app. My husband ordered the sandwiches the way we always do with tomatoes and extra pickles. The person taking our order repeated it back correctly. We were told to pull forward and waited 10-15 minutes for our sandwiches to come out without the tomatoes. The lady that brought out our order told us that its not on the receipt so it didnt get made that way. We explained that we want the sandwiches made the way we do ordered and asked if we could have what we originally asked for. This lady took the sandwiches and came back with cash and said that the manager isnt remaking our sandwiches. The manager is the only one in the kitchen and she said to just give us back our money. We explained again that we just want what we ordered and we are willing to wait. The lady turned us away hungry and disappointed. We waited just like everyone else but weren’t able to get a few tomatoes and extra pickles that we were willing to pay for and wait a little longer to get corrected. We had to stop at Taco Bell for food since McDonalds refused to serve us. A complete waste of time, energy and gas.
I called the location and spoke with the GM a few days after this terrible incident. I believe her name was Christina and she assured me that the situation would be corrected and not happen again. We returned and got our Big Macs made the way we like. I added 3 stars just got the GM alone, she was very professional and seemed to be just as outraged as I was.
