I'm a regular at this McDonalds location. I have been visiting this location 2-3 times a day for 3 years. I get the same thing (2 McChickens and Med fry) every day. I have a read all the negative reviews and I have decided to take time out of my day to write a review that is contrary to the other posted reviews i have read. I think many people are frustrated because they have to sit in a long line at the drive thru since the coronavirus caused some minor disruptions. If customers would quit being so ignorant thinking they may catch some made up disease if they go inside to order the drive thru would no longer be a 30 min wait. They require masks so you have an option to go inside to order which takes less than 5 min. The staff working here are very professional and work very hard. I have been in other McDonalds in this area and the employees are either to busy on their phone or engaged in conversations with other employees. I must give a very high praise to the managers at this. There have been many times my card was declined and it was never an issue. I always came back on my next visit to pay what I owe. Not many fast food places are going to allow you to drive off with your food without paying. I am a regular and the managers know I always pay back whatever I owe either that same day when I go back for supper or next day etc. If you do not have managers with good strong leadership qualities then you will not have a good work staff. Talia and another manager (tall skinny African American) are two managers that always make some effort to acknowledge me either by waving or speaking to me. That type of service goes a very long way. I have had issues in the past with one of the managers. It seemed that every time I went inside to order she always came across very rude. I always tried to be respectful and professional when dealing with her but it never changed her attitude. I finally got tired of this one manager treating me the way she did and I spoke to Talia about the problem. So far things have changed and I'm hoping it continues. I have nothing but good things to say about this McDonalds and I hope people who read about the negative reviews at least take time go inside 1 time to order then decide for yourself if there is any truth behind any of the negative reviews. Ā Ā Ā Read moreTotal wait for a nugget meal: 45 minutes I waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins. Just to be told they were not taking orders and I had to come inside. There were no signs or cones out to prevent people from using the drive thru. The lady behind me, also with a mobile order, was told the same thing. We go in and it's packed with people with missing items, been pulled up for 30 mins, coming through the drive thru, etc. They asked for my mobile number order and I gave it to them. They left for several mins and someone else asked for my #. I told them it was a mobile order and she told me I have to do it through the drive thru. I explained that me and this other lady were both told they couldn't take orders at the drive thru and to come inside. She left to check and I didn't see anyone for 15-20 more mins. Then another person came and explained to me that they didn't know how to pull the Mobile order from drive thru to inside. They finally figured it out. Then she asked about my order and the girl in the back says, oh I've had that order sitting over here. My food was very cold and then I had to ask for a cup because they forgot that. All I had was chicken nugget meal. The lady that came in behind me asked for a refund. This McDonald's is more expensive than the others around and way slower, even with at least 10 people working. I go during the day sometimes and have incredible food or the night and have incredible food and vice versa in either one of those scenarios I can get the worst Food of my life. They literally gave me a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese one time that didn't have the bottom part of the bun. And one thing that truly frustrates me is that it seems like for an all-night McDonald's they are closed a lot after 11 p.m. i have been told by drive-thru window people at the location that their computers are down and I don't doubt that computers have to reboot I have friends in the restaurant industry so I know it's a legitimate thing but having said that, it's really interesting to me that it seems to always happen on Saturday night between 11:30 and 3 in the morning which we all know are some of the peak hours for people wanting food. As a musician many times I have to come home late from a gig and I just want something to eat when I'm too tired to cook so I would prefer to go by that McDonald's but I gave up even trying to go by there on Saturday night because of the frequency with which they were closed.
