Update! Now theyre not even open 24 hrs. Closed before their posted hours. God this location is bad.
Poorly trained staff with little motivation. Never get my order right. I'm going to drive further to a different location or just stop going to McDs all together.
I witnessed 3 people who ordered after me get their food before I did. I waited 15 minutes (I watched the timer on the order screen) for 2 double cheese burgers while people who ordered double/single burgers after me got theirs just fine.
I witnessed another customer walk in from the drive through complaining of missing cheeseburgers and we mutually commiserated over the quality of the service.
I witness another customer walk in and wait to place an order, stand around, and finally leave frustrated because he was not even acknowledged with a "sorry please wait."
They failed to even put the burger in my cheeseburger happy meal for my daughter. I had to point out that it was completely missing.
They tried to place the two double cheese burgers INTO the happy meal box when they finally made them. I just said "no" as the attendant fumbled to find another bag.
I called my wife while driving home to complain about the people who can't fulfill a simple paid order. She says "did they at least give you the small fry with the doubles?"
OMG - didn't give me the small fry. Too late, i've driven to far and I'd make a scene if I'd walk in there again. It's not like the $1.19 is more than pocket change, its the fact that every time I go there, i feel like I have to struggle to get everything I pay for while waiting for people who don't seem like they are in any sort of hurry.
Get home to call and complain about missing food and THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT SENDS ME TO FAX?! What?
I give up.
I'd fill out the review on the receipt for a buy-one-get-one deal for my comments, but what's the point... I probably won't...

I live right down the road so it’s the closet restaurant to me and at this point I’m seriously over this place. Every time I go to this Mcdonalds I order the most simplest thing and it’s ALWAYS WRONG! When I visit I order 2 McDoubles with not pickle because I’m allergic to them with extra onions, sometimes with a small fry or pie. After paying I always check my receipt to make sure it’s right which it always is but when it comes time to receiving my food it’s always wrong EVERY TIME! What I’ll receive is 2 McDoubles with picks and barely any onions and not extra. I’m TIRED of this and it’s not just me. Nearly all of my friends who are in the area have the same issues when it comes to getting their food. I don’t know if the cooks just can’t read and or understand what extra means but enough is enough and I’ve had it! I’ve worked at McDonald’s and it’s not hard to look up at a screen read what it says and make it in a timely manner. It seems like the cooks nor the managers care about the terrible service they have and don’t bother to even try to get it right. This issue happens both in the drive through and dinning in. Idk what’s going on in this place but they need to do better. I’ve spoke to mangers and nothing changes. This is the WORST STORE EVER and if I could I would love to talk to the district manager! I would not tell anyone to go to this place if my life depended on it and I’m not joking what so ever. Today around 1ish I went to order a large fry and two strawberry cream pies and got back a medium fry and and one strawberry and one apple pie. Before realizing one was strawberry and the other was apple, I ate one strawberry earlier today and went back to eat the other and it’s a damn apple pie. Do Better or shut down...
Read moreI live down the road from this location, so I come here for convenience — except this location is anything but convenient. There have been too many times I have received my mobile order and it was wrong so I have to turn around. I’ve learned I have to put it in through the app myself if I want my order correct, but rarely is it correct. I am currently in line and I’ve been here for 3 hours, like I said I only do mobile orders for this location so I’ve already paid. I understand the storm has something to do with the wait time, but don’t be surprised that this isn’t my first time waiting for a ridiculous of time, even without a natural disaster. I once did a curbside order and it took them an entire hour to get it out, and no they were not slam packed. Yes, I went inside. Speaking of inside, they have locked the doors and refuse to let anyone in even if they need to use the bathroom. So you can imagine how rude the workers are. One time I paid with cash and I thought the lady said $20.17, so I gave her exact change. I take a look at my receipt and it was $15.17 but she never gave me change!!! I came back and questioned her, just for her to give a smart answer and reluctantly hand me my correct change. I’m just sick and tired of this location. Whoever the owner is needs to step up and do better. Update: The workers just came out of the door and said they will not be taking anymore orders, after being in line for 3+ hours and if we have a mobile order we need to request a refund.
