Extremely rude staff….especially a young girl with blonde hair with the nastiest attitude. (She is always there so I’m assuming she is some sort of manager or full time employee) She never greeted me and kept talking to other staff and I patiently waited for her to finish doing whatever it was she was occupied with I did look down at my phone a few times since I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged…..she then rudely says “are you finally ready to order?” Caught off guard I snapped back and said “i didn’t realize that you were waiting on me considering you never even looked me in the eye nor spoke to me.” She said nothing back so I said “I need to order two bowls please”…..she then took a deep breath in and said “oh my god” clearly frustrated that I ordered bowls for some reason ….and I was done . I responded “just forget it”and I walked out. She has always had an attitude every time my family and I have been in there but tonight was the last straw….we will never step foot inside this location again. Rudeness is unacceptable and This Location’s owner/operator should seriously consider who they have working for them…..being a representation of their business. Read moreUpdated 2024 three-star review: I came in today to grab a couple of kid meals and the gal broke my daughter's burrito tortilla while wrapping it. She didn't say anything and began acting upset. She huffed, then walked over to the steamer and threw in a new tortilla, slammed the press down, and then never said a word the entire time as she slammed the wrap down and took it out on the burrito. I tried to say it was okay if the burrito needed to be looser., but she didn't acknowledge me.
We ended at the register where she didn't say another word at all to us and told her coworker not to let customers reach over the counter. (We did not reach over the counter and have no idea what happened, there were two other patrons in the restaurant, and it was pretty slow.)
All tables were dirty and I had to clean our table. The food is standard and got, so no change there.

When I got there to pick up my order the cashier rudely told me on the phone I can come inside and get my order because apparently I didn’t order correctly for curbside. We only do curbside pick up everywhere we order food and no rudeness or any issues literally anywhere else. I was literally the only car in the parking lot. The only car there for curbside. No one inside. I was able to go inside and get my order since the kids were not with me. The cashier continued to be rude and not making eye contact with me even after I told her that that’s how google directed me for the order pick up option and I wasn’t aware that I ordered postmates.
