Very unprofessional, rude and willfully incompetent. I made a doordash order and called to ensure that my order is correct as my last two orders were both missing the dipping sauces and drinks when I received them. The employee said his name was Will and when I asked him it they could ensure it was correct, he said it’s the dashers responsibility to ensure it’s correct. I told him that it’s the restaurant who originally receives the order and must ensure it’s correct, it’s sealed by them and the driver picks up what they give them. He argued and said they leave the boxes unsealed and the dashers seal them after checking. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I will be calling corporate since he thinks they aren’t responsible for getting the order right. Anybody that understands business knows that getting the customers order right keeps their business and boosts revenue in the long run. The are also compromising the safety food of people’s food by allowing random people off the street to open food that should be sealed. I cancelled my order. With an attitude like this from the manager, I am probably not the only customer that wasn’t satisfied. And I’m hoping that he lies and says he didn’t say it. There’s a reason I made sure he said his name clearly. Don’t get into customer service if you don’t want to provide the bare minimum. Read moreI ordered through the papa John’s web site. I updated my phone number prior to submitting my order. After I submitted my order I realized my phone number had not been updated. I called the restaurant within minutes of noticing the error. after 5 minutes of explaining my phone number was wrong for my order, the young lady finally found my order. I told her my real phone number needed to be given to the driver. She said she would call him right away. A few minutes later the door dash tracker said my order had been delivered. I called the restaurant back. The same young lady said sometimes door dash delivers to the wrong address can I put you on hold while I talk to my manager. I agreed. I was on hold approx 8 minutes. I then hung up, I was put on hold again. I called two more times and was put directly on hold without any explanation of what was going on. If she would have answered my call she would’ve discovered my son found the door dash driver fervently searching for our apartment and he had been trying to call the wrong phone number. I’m a travel nurse and just finished working 132 hours in the last two weeks. I wanted to have pizza with my children. Read moreI have not had Papa John's since March of this year when my job brought it. I decided I wanted some over Domino's this past Wednesday. I was already disappointed that they charge extra for the garlic crust but I said I would try anyways. But big mistake!!! Immediately when I saw the pizza the crust looked different. When I took my first bite, I knew the dough tasted different. I was highly disappointed after I had spent almost $20 when I should have went to Domino's and got their $10 anyway you want. Needless to say I didn't want to throw it away so I said I would attempt to eat the rest the next day. Immediately when I opened the box from the fridge the next day the pizza looked hard as a brick, like pizza that had been left in the fridge for about a week. Surely I was hoping throwing it in the air fryer would do it some justice. Boy was I wrong. Didn't take but a couple of bites and the rest went into the trash.
