After years of eating here regularly, we had the worst experience Monday. Our to-go food was inedible. Someone must've taken the top off a salt jar and poured half out. Not the wrong flavor, it was straight salt. Called. Asked to call back or return another day. Today, Wednesday, returned. Told I needed to bring them back. Ha, 'I'm bring your dead fish back to prove it's dead old' so I went back home and brought it back from the fridge. Didn't expect they'd try them but saved them nonetheless. Took them. Why only 8/20? Oh, I was supposed to spit that back in the box and collect the ones I told my children to throw away.. . Really? Finally someone says it was a new guy and another says containers were moved around. They give me a new order. Not a full count though. Paid for a full order. Three trips. Didn't receive a full order or any other compensation (sides or even ranch?). Granted, I only asked for the wings. But when it takes three trips, the smirks, and still not correct. Yep, I'm going home to write a review to let you know you just lost over $200 a month in revenue from our family.
(Honestly, the other half of the order was 10 honey garlic and 5 teriyaki wings- they were put in the same box and it was as if two bowls of soup were put together- they mixed all up. It wasn't good but it was edible so I didn't even mention that when calling/going back... but that did mean an entire order was messed up.)

Read moreHorrible service. Ordered our food online at 7:15 p.m. and it said it would be ready at 7:40. Traffic was bad and got there at 7:56. My food wasn't even ready. I can hear em talking in the back and I could tell they didn't even check the online orders. The lady camem back out and I asked her why my food isn't ready. And she said that there's a couple things that they don't do until you get there so to stay hot. bull$hit! I waited another 20 minutes and she comes out with what I thought was my food. I get all the way home and it wasn't the right food. I tried to call the restaurant for another 20 minutes and it rang and rang and rang and then finally somebody answered. She said they don't have a manager on duty at night and then hung up. I tried to keep calling back to get my right food because what they had given us I couldn't eat because of an allergy. She kept hanging up on me. And I wasn't driving all the way back up there again because they screwed up how do you not have a manager on duty just in case of stuff like this. Horrible Place. Read moreCompleted an order over the phone. The guy who took my order asked me about my wing flavor. I provided 2. Honey mustard & light lemon pepper. When I came to pick up my order, I fixed my favorite peach drink. The Ice cub section had splashes of other beverages in the inner filter. I noticed once my food was prepared that instead of half & half flavors, they were combined on the whole 10ps wing meal. When I asked the guy about it, he stated I didn't state I wanted half & half when he asked about my flavors. This was the first for me. I only assumed that 2 flavors meant 5 wings, one flavor, the other 5 wings, the other flavor. I will say the food was fresh hot, and actually, the blend was very complementing, I just wished I had a little more honey mustard sauce and a little more of the lemon pepper seasoning to cover all the wings. I was not provided my ranch sauce, which i had asked for over the phone, and I was only given 1 celery stick cut in half. Overall, the meal was delicious.
