Service is absolutely horrible at the Spring Valley location AND the Hardscrabble rd Location! They have no respect for the presentation of their food at BOTH locations!!

The food at the Spring Valley Location and Hardscrabble location always give me Luke warm chilli cheese tots and food in General! It's never hot and it's NEVER fresh and service is just horrible! Every time I go to either location I tell myself maybe next time it will be better.. It's not!

What made me write this review is I went to the Harbison location a week ago, and the food was hot and you could tell it was fresh! It was only then that I realized that I wasn't crazy!! *And at the Harbison location I went there for breakfast and Lunch and BOTH TIMES food was Hot and Fresh! *

Sonics on Two Notch rd AND Hardscrabble really need to re-evaluate their employees. This food is too expensive for the employees to NOT worry about the presentation of the food or attention to details , or whether it's fresh and HOT for the customer! If the Harbison location can do it then so can the Sonics on my side of town!

I went to the Two Notch Rd Sonics location today 08/08/18 and ordered a small chilli cheese tots and small cheddar bites.. The lady asked if I wanted ranch with the cheddar bites and I said "NO I would like 2 marinara sauce please" she replied OK. I pulled up and was given my food. Upon checking my food at the drive thru she had actually given me chilli cheese fries and cheddar bites with no sauces at All! I alerted the sonic employee of the mistake and then she went to the back and got my chilli cheese tots..

After she gave me my chilli cheese tots I pulled up a little bit to take a bite of my food and it was luke warm! Not fresh at all! The tots tasted like it had been cooked for a while and just waiting for someone to order it AND THE CHILLI WAS ABSOLUTELY not hot at all!! I thought about taking the order back and have them remake it but it was no point. I shouldnt have to do that as a customer!

I understand people make mistakes, but this is an ongoing issue at the Two Notch Rd and Hardscrabble Location! Had I not been to the Harbison location and saw how things really should be done, I would not have made this review.

Please do better at Two Notch Rd & Hardscrabble Sonic locations on giving your customers fresh and Hot Food....

Extremely disappointed. We ordered food on the website to be done ASAP and my husband didn't get there until 15 minutes after that. He waited in line and another 10 minute for some food that wasn't done yet. Then he had to go park because they did not give the drinks. We ordered a tea and a milkshake. He proceeded to wait another 20 minutes since it was so busy but saw people who ordered after him getting their food before him. As a last attempt, he went to a stall to get someone to answer by pushing the call button and waiting even more: nothing. What made it worse was the fact that someone went into his waiting spot, got their food and left. Oh, and the order was wrong too. Completely wrong. Asked for a chicken sandwich with no mayo. For some reason, they gave us a thin, plain sandwich with ONLY cheese?? My husband can't have cheese and it doesn't have cheese in the description. I double checked my receipt to make sure I didn't put it in wrong, but no, they just really got it wrong. A whole hour of waiting for an incomplete and incorrectly done meal. The service is the worst!!!! I ordered 3 combos and after a almost 30 minute wait, the server came out with 1 hot dog and chicken tenders. The hamburger was missing, no fries or cheese sticks and no napkins. I told the young lady before she handed me the bag that that couldn't possibly be my order. She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. The receipt was on the bag so now I am wondering can she read? What kind of quality assurance check are they doing? After 30 minute wait, there should not have been 1 thing missing from my order. Again, no napkins so where the children supposed to wipe their mouth and hands with their shirts? My expectation of a good experience diminishes every time I try to support Sonic. Unfortunately, most of the restaurants were closed in the area and this was the only one open with a short line. We had 3 vehicles in front of us at the drive-thru so I still don't understand why it took so long to...
