I've never left a negative review. I understand that things happen. This is by far the worst Papa Johns location I have ever had. Multiple times, including today ordered online and was given a delivery window of 25-30 minutes. After an hour we called the store just to check on where the order was and was told it was late because we ordered online. If we had called the store they would have told us 30-45 minutes. The "manager" Ken told us the delivery was on its way. Well we live less that five minutes from the store. Fifteen minutes later the pizza and other items showed up stone cold and hard. Called back to talk to them and the manager immediately got belligerent and would not let me talk. Offered to give the next pizza free, which was fine, but told me before I got a word out that he had already talked to us and his terrible attitude and disrespect of not even letting me speak was the biggest issue. I asked him who his boss was and he refused to tell me. I asked him who the franchise owner was and he refused to tell me and told me that if I came to the store and asked that information that was threatening and attacking him. He then hung up on me. I called back and he told me he was going to call the police because I was harassing him. All because I asked who the store manager and franchise owner was. Terrible service and a horrible attitude. He knew the order was cold before he sent it and told us that happens when you use the app to order, which is what they advertise and offer special deals on. Just be aware if you go to this location that quality and management are a huge issue. Last time they also took well over an hour and brought a charred pizza that was inedible. They offer to replace it but with the attitude they have you can't be sure that they would not do something to the replacement pizza, I would hope not but I would also hope to not have such an attitude given when you call to...

I never write reviews but I felt this needed to be brought to your attention. On March 12th, in the evening, my family ordered delivery. We realized our pizza was delivered wrong and had spicy garlic sauce bust open and spill all over our pizza. I understand accidents happen and can be an easy fix. I called the store where a nice young man answered. I explained what happened and he told me he would transfer me to the manager to have this fixed. I then waited on hold for over 25 minutes. I thought maybe I was forgotten about so I called again. I was told they were getting the manager again and put me on hold one more time. At this point I was already on my way to the restaurant as it would be faster than waiting for a new delivery. I was on hold again for over 10 minutes and didn’t hang up until I entered the store. Once I got there, the employee yelled for the manager, letting him know I showed up to the store, who said to hold on that he was busy. Another nice young man took my correct order and started making my new pizza. My issue with this whole situation is the manager never came to speak to me. As I sat patiently waiting for my pizza I watched the manager walk to the back and start chatting with another employee. I was in the store for quite some time as they had to make my new pizza from scratch. I find this customer service completely unacceptable. To not even acknowledge or speak to a customer who paid for delivery is ridiculous. A 3rd man then asked if I’d like to talk to the manager- I then asked “is he really not going to speak to me?” when handing me my pizza....I had already asked 3 times at that point, so I told him “don’t bother.” I’m not looking for a comment or anything out of this. Just for you to know the kind of management you have working for you. However, by the looks of other comments; you have plenty of problems at this location. I will be taking my...
Read moreOrdered three pizzas and bread sticks for delivery from the Papa John's website. Got a message from Door Dash with a blurry photo of a single pizza box outside my door. No knock, no doorbell. I didn't order from Door Dash and had no idea why Door Dash would have my pizza. When we brought the pizza in we saw it was someone else's order with their name, address, and phone number on the label on the pizza box.
When we called the store to ask about the order we were told they'd been using Door Dash since November because they don't have enough drivers to deliver their own pizza. Nowhere on the website is there any information that Door Dash would deliver their pizza if you order through the Papa John's website. Manager Chris said there were no more drivers to deliver our order and that he didn't have the authority to refund the order. He said we could come to the store and pick it up ourselves after already paying the delivery fee. We asked to speak to his manager. He said we could talk to Chris the owner the next day after noon.
Called back to the store after noon and was told by a woman on the phone that Chris the owner was only there in the mornings and reiterated that they'd been using Door Dash since November because they didn't have any drivers. Obviously and reasonably upset, my wife told her this was unacceptable and wanted a refund while the woman on the phone kept trying to tell her it was Door Dash's fault and not their problem. The woman on the phone cursed at my wife and said "I dare you to come to the store."
So, Papa John's took our money, subcontracted their delivery, refused to refund us for product we never received, and threatened my wife over the phone.
Under no circumstances should you ever order anything from this location. Look at other reviews and you'll see we aren't the only ones with...
