Firehouse Subs Carolina Reserve — Restaurant in Waxhaw

I really wanted to give this place a try. I’ve had mediocre experiences with other Firehouse Subs but this one is so close to where I live it would be a convenient option for a quick lunch.

But our first experience definitely let us down and we probably will not come back. Ordered my son a steak and cheese to go, got home and half the sandwich didn’t even have any meat on it. 🤦‍♀️

For how much this particular sandwich costs I would definitely expect better than this. Also his sandwich was ready in less than five minutes so no way they are cooking fresh meat for this.

Save yourself the same experience and drive the extra couple of miles to Jersey Mike’s.

This FIREHOUSE location stands out as the finest in the Indian Land area. I’m thrilled to have it on the south end, as it significantly eases my drive, especially during peak traffic hours. I wholeheartedly recommend this location; the staff is truly exceptional. The managers consistently go above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. I prefer to get delivery to my home, but it's so close by I can't justify it. I'm glad it is, though. It's so clean & peaceful, & everyone is so kind. I'm a very quiet & anxious person normally, so I feel welcome & at ease. Service is great, and my food is perfect everytime. I got dinner from my birthday here.
