Carolina Commons — Local services in Waxhaw

This is a review of Carolina Commons shopping center located in Indian Land South Carolina down on 521 on the west hand side of the highway. The shopping center is anchored by a large Harris teeter but also has the library in its facility, 521 barbecue, there are two different banks, a wendy's, Zaxby's chicken and several other small stores on the right and left hand side of the large Harris teeter in the large part of the parking lot. Although we typically come here at least once a week we usually only use a few of the facilities but there is much more here than just a bank or fast food or grocery store well worth the time to actually check it out if you live in the area because it is very convenient to go in and park and be able to do several different things on your to-do list or shopping list all in one nice small area and then easily get back on the road with a traffic light which is even nicer in case you have to...

Had work done on a hedge trimmer. It was not repairable and was offered $30 credit on a new one. Went to purchase a new replacement today and was told that the offer was only $20. Not much of a price difference but that fact that they changed what I was quoted was disappointing to me. Ended up walking out and not buying their product. Plenty of shops. Harris Tetter is the main store but there is a Great Clips and a couple restaurants as well. 521 BBQ is def worth trying. If you like spicy food go with the spicy vinegar sauce.One note... A retirement community is next door so there are many retired people here all the time so expect some slow movers. After 7pm you will have the place...
