This is absolutely my last time! This place has consistently gotten orders wrong over the years and for whatever reason, I kept giving them chances (usually chalking it up to the app I used to order). But on several occasions (including today) I called in the order as I knew that they always have problems with substitutions or changes. I specifically ordered food with no milk dairy (e g., no cheese, no butter, etc), even had the order taker repeat it back to me. But when my husband arrives to pick up the food and then brings it back home, what happens? My meal was loaded with cheese! I pack everything up and head back to get my order re-made, the response was less than apologetic. In fact, the manager questioned my issue and tried to tell me that the order was fine until she checked it herself (against the receipt) and saw that it was not supposed to have cheese. She offered to remake the food and put the side items under a lamp to keep them warm... EXCUSE ME?! I need you to make all of this food over again - who puts food under a lamp if it has already left your establishment (from my understanding, this is a health and safety violation). So after some clarification of my ask, my entire order is "re-made" and with an attitude, I was asked to check my food for accuracy. Everything appeared to be ok. She then rudely tells the hostess to give me a $10 gift card. I asked how much was the item that was made incorrectly, she said she didn't know and then angrily grabbed a menu to check. The item was $15, so I said "I appreciate what you are trying to do, but" - and before I could finish my sentence, she said rudely, "but you want even more," she felt that she was doing me a courtesy by remaking my food and offering $10. Are you kidding me! I asked for at least the amount of the incorrect item ($5 more dollars). After much grumbling, she finally relented. Poor service and attitude for something you did wrong is unacceptable. And to boot, when I got home, the order was still wrong! I asked for dry toast and because it was so dark in there, I couldn't even tell until I got home that the toast had butter on it. And, there is no way those side items were remade. They were almost cold to the touch, so I can only assume that she just put them under a lamp, like she said she was going to do.

I'm done! If you can't be bothered to check food that comes out of your kitchen to match the customers specifications and then argue with customers about what you feel they deserve, I can no longer be bothered to support your...

This was a disaster of a trip/visit. First let me acknowledge it was mother's day and they were extremely busy. We were expecting nothing less. My family and I drove over an hour one way to get here. When we got there we were expecting a wait and the hostess said about an hour to be seated. Cool. We were OK with that. So many people had gotten fed up with the seemingly endless Door Dash and take out orders being processed that if they were seated and hadn't gotten their food hour after ordering, they were just getting up and leaving. And the ones waiting for a table outside were doing likewise. So our wait went from an hour to about 30 minutes. A seemingly win for us but not really. Here's where it turned terrible. Waitress came by got our drink order, returned promptly with them and took our order. She said the kitchen was backed up a bit still processing the Door Dash orders but they had quit taking them and it shouldn't be long until the food was ready. We said OK, not a problem. 30 minutes later, no food. In the meantime, people we were there before had been seated and gotten there food. 45 minutes later, no food. 5 groups of people that SHOWED UP TO THE RESTAURANT AFTER US were getting there food and some were already leaving after eating. Glasses were empty. Waitress was ignoring us. Even turning her head to purposely ignore us as she walked by. Manager shows up and says the Waitress forgot to put our order in but yours is going to the front of the line. OK thanks for acknowledging the mistake. It happens. However, 3 more tables sit down and get their food before us. What happened to us going to the front of the line? The manager comes back 20 minutes later with a $10 off coupon but no food. Food comes out at 12:53. Mind you we got to this restaurant at 10:15 AM. Food was OK but not amazing. Mine mega skillet was a bit dry. The Oreo pancake topping tasted like flour instead of icing and the eggs Benedict were a little too lemony. I drove by First Watch to get here and left kicking myself for not stopping there. Manager took 20% off the bill but the cashier didn't want to take the $10 off coupon after the manager said to use it. So I got a little testy with her and had her get the manager for me. The manager should have told the cashier up front to override and give me the $10 off. It shouldn't have been an issue but the cashier made it one. Altogether it was nearly 3.5 hours of my life I will never get back. At least I got to spend some time talking with the...

I would give this place no stars if I could. I’m not one to leave reviews but the service blew my mind, and not in a good way. A friend and I had a few people tell us to try this place and we decided to do so. We ordered two omelets and watched out server put in the order, immediately after we decided this would probably be too much food, so we called our server over and kindly asked her to change the order to just one. She said our omelets were already done and we would have to pay for both or half of both and then whichever we decided to split. I was a little confused how they were already done as we had just watched the server put in the order but we decided to leave it as is. They didn’t come out for another 10 minutes so they obviously were not “done” as she has explained. Our server was rude and not attentive, she messed up my friends order and didn’t even come back to check, another server saw us and helped, she was a sweetheart thank goodness. I then found a short gray hair in my food and my hair is in fact not short or gray. The manger came by and took the plate to remake it, she then came out and said she was sorry, I explained to her that our experience here has been anything but pleasant and she was extremely rude and deliberately arguing with me, and accused me of planting the hair in my own food. The other serves stood in a corner and watched. She asked what would make me happy and I asked her to kindly remove the hairy Omelette from my bill, she then continued to argue with me and finally said she would remove it. The food was delicious, however it was overpriced and the service was far from satisfying. I have worked many serving jobs and have been in customer service for over 4 years, this is by far the worst I have ever experienced. It’s such a shame because the food was really good but I sadly won’t be returning and definitely...

I had breakfast here with some friends. The service was very fast. We didn't have to wait on a table, opened the door, and were greeted and seated. The server was very attentive, never letting our drinks go low in the glass and constantly checking to see if we needed anything. I had the southwestern omelet without sour cream. The omelet was the biggest one I've had at a restaurant by far. The chorizo, onions, green chilies, and cheese were very delicious, served with peasant potatoes, and it all made a great mix. I went back for the breakfast burrito to go. It was a huge breakfast burrito. It came with sour cream, salsa, choice of grits or peasant potatoes. I didn't get any sides but the burrito was enough. In the picture, it looks like a big messy burrito but it was delicious! The menu has a lot of items to choose from that even the pickiest eater will find something to order. Depending on how busy it is, you might have to park at the side of the building. The front parking lot is small and shared with other shops. But don't let that discourage you. Le Peep has good food, just waiting for you to try it.

We stopped in there yesterday (Sunday brunch) for our very first time and had a wonderful brunch. My girlfriend had the French toast (minus the powdered sugar) and I had the mega skillet. Everything was delicious. Our server, Lisa, was fantastic. She even greated us with two waters in hand. We loved that. The only thing that kind of bothered us, and it's just us being nit-picky, the ambiance wasn't that great. It didn't feel cozy and welcoming. There's a lot of open space and not much on the walls. No music was playing and everyone's conversations kind of just bounces off the walls. With those types of acoustics, live music (our any kind) playing during brunch would be great and would take away the cafeteria feel. With that being said, we still had a wonderful visit, the food and service was excellent and on point and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful brunch.

First time having brunch at this establishment. The food was good and not busy during this time. I ordered hazelnut coffee, build your own omelette (turkey sausage, mushrooms, cheese and avocado with grits) with water. I added fruit and left out the bread option. That was an additional charge to add fruit. They have a clean women's restroom with a changing table outside the stall. Seating options: Bar seating, outside covered patio, booth and table seating available. They have a nice private room with about 6 tables and 4 chairs each. Nice space for solo meals, family and a small private event. Based on my experience today, I would return.
