Unfortunately, the staff at this location are not customer focused. I ordered online for an in store pickup. I arrived to a locked door at 10:00 am and a sign that said the dinning room would be closed at 10:30. I could see my coffee and sandwich on the counter with about 8 other cups of coffee. I knocked on the door trying to figure out why it was locked 30 min earlier than the sign said. Stood there for a couple of min before a single barista acknowledged me. Only to point to the drive through window. Sorry but I was able to select in store pickup and the line for the drive through was 20 deep.
Eventually someone finally came up to the door after another min or two. They seemed very annoyed by me being at the door. They said they had a "Covid trace." I asked for my order and the annoyed barista begrudgingly gave me and another lady at the door out orders.
I get it there was a Covid case, but all you would have had to do was acknowledge me at the start come to the door to serve a customer and explain why they had the door locked. I would have been fine with that. Instead everyone working ignored me being there. On top of that there were 2 girls in the dinning room that were clearly customers and not wearing a mask. Read moreFirstly, the line was long and waited about 20 minutes to get to the speaker and another 15 to get to the window. Second, the barista made my drink completely wrong. I asked for a tall crème based caramel ribbon crunch, no whipped cream, extra caramel and crunch around the cup(line the cup). When I first got the drink there was whipped cream on the bottom and on the top with ZERO caramel drizzle and the tiniest bit of crunch on the top and none around the cup. The girl at the window was soooo sweet. She asked the barista to remake it for me and she apologized. Whoever the drive thru girl was on 1/5 at around 2:30pm you are a sweet soul. The barista remade it and the only change she did was put no whipped cream. This time there was no dark caramel around the cup or anything and the smallest amount of crunch on top. It’s crazy because you pay for extra caramel drizzle. I also got two honey citrus mint teas. Extra hot with extra lemonade. Worst honey citrus mint tea ever. I PAID for extra lemonade and received MORE WATER. I get these two drinks often at different Starbucks and this one is the only one that has made all my drinks completely wrong ! Read moreI would give in a zero if I could. Ordered coffees for pick from the drive through. Arrived to find the drive through was really busy, so thought that pick up inside would be quicker. Boy , was I wrong. Going from past experience at this location, I knew I would probably have to wait. 6 people were waiting ahead of me, even though I ordered at least 10 mins before we arrived. I waited at least 10 mins, before going to ask where my drinks were. Everyone ignored me, until someone asked what I needed. Told them that I had an order for a drive though, but decided it would be quicker to come in. The women behind the counter, who was taking her time making any drinks, just made ours and put them out for the drive though. The other lady said sorry that they had 3 terminals going into one. I woman said that I should have told them ahead of time that I was going to come in to pick them up, I tried to get their attention but everyone ignored me, she was rude and said that they were busy.
