Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

I order from this location frequently enough to know that the service here is absolutely terrible. Every single time I order there’s been an issue. They can’t ever just make it easy on you. My food has arrived to me burnt, completely wrong, toppings and sauce thrown on haphazardly and leaking off the pizza itself (all of these are separate orders by the way). I’ve called to have website issues resolved or to just check on an order only to be spoken to in a rude manner, and actually hung up on while still speaking. A driver has complained to me that he actually had to return to the store to pick up my order at the end of the night (wow, imagine being mad that you have to do the job you’re being paid for). I work in customer service, so I understand how frustrating it can be, but at no point was I ever rude to an employee, at no point did I ever ask for a refund or make anything difficult for them. I almost never go out of my way to actually leave reviews of places but all of my experiences at this location have been pretty unpleasant (too bad they’re the only pizza place that delivers near me…). I did an online order that was wrong (my mistake). The delivery driver was very nice about it. I gave her the pizza back. She advised me to call and tell them refund it to my card. So I did and I waited on hold for over 22 minutes after choosing the first option when you call in. Then after getting tired of waiting I waited on the line and got a guy who then gave me corporates number and said he would transfer me. I then waited again on hold. Finally I got someone but the line was so fuzzy and a lot of back ground noise that the person hung up on me. So I call the store again those woman who answered the phone informed me that they cannot transfer me directly to corporate. So who knows where I was transfer to the first time??? Called to place an order for delivery, was told they were having Issues with their ordering system that a co worker was going to have to take my order , waited on hold for 21 min only to be hung up on ! I called back to try again was able to at least give my name an phone number and was placed on hold again with out warning again after waiting 43 mins this time I was hung up on , called a third time only to be told they were now closed !! If it was close to closing time and you were not doing anymore deliveries why didn’t you just say so when I first called instead of wasting over an hour of my time placing me on hold !!
