I’ve absolutely loved the North Charleston Lodi since it opened. But I couldn’t get it often, because it was a bit of a drive. So I was thrilled that one was opening in Summerville. But I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. They changed their hours from the rest of the locations & didn’t post about it anywhere. They’re supposed to be 6-6 everyday, but are now closed on Sundays & 6-4 on Saturdays. I only found out by going & them either being closed, or at 4:30 the barista telling me through the speaker “We close at 4 now.” I’ve had a lot of experiences with my drinks not being made right, which is totally understandable when people are learning. Or sometimes things just don’t work out; not the end of the world. But what upsets me most is that they’ve changed the costs of my coffee without telling me. I shouldn’t order a $7 drink only for it to be $9, and I have no choice but to pay it because it’s already been made, and no one saw fit to tell me. And then that drink doesn’t taste good at all. That has happened multiple times, and this morning was enough for me. I love Lodi, and for the most part the employees are wonderful, but I’m so disappointed in this location. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I’m so frustrated at this point because I do really love the original location. But I think I need to just go to that one from now on & avoid the other two entirely....
Read moreI am editing my original review. I believe the morning I came I assumed it was not open because there was no car in sight, but some people do get to work by other means. Also, it was poorly lit and I did not see an OPEN sign. The inside appeared dark but I did not pull up to the drive through due to my assumption. Anyways, I absolutely love Lodi, especially this location! Every single person I encounter at the window is genuine, personable, friendly, and professional every single time! Not only do I love their coffee but I love the perks I receive just for drinking my favorite coffee! I don’t have to wait months to receive perks either. I get perks every 2-3 weeks which include a percent off or a free drink! No matter how long the line is, the wait is faster than anywhere else without sacrificing quality. My coffee is consistently delicious and tastes just like the previous time I ordered it which is important to me. You’re missing out if you haven’t tried a...
Read moreI’ve been here around 10 times for coffee. I’ve had 2 that I enjoyed. The menu is overly convoluted with way too many options. Most drinks fall well short of the flavor profile, and most I’ve had are grossly over sweetened. This company has great potential with using high quality ingredients and welcoming staff. However, they need to shrink the menu to perfect the flavor profile of their best sellers and get rid of the excess fluff. This will help drive through times, increase customer satisfaction, potentially cut costs, and assist staff in maintaining consistency with the coffee. I couldn’t imagine remembering 100 different coffee creations 🤯 currently I wouldn’t recommend this drive through due to the price, of the current subpar coffee, but if upper management makes some changes for the better they have the potential to be one of the best in the area. I hope so, and I’m rooting for you, because I...
