I hate writing negative reviews on local businesses but hopefully this’ll make them better. This was my first time here and was excited to try it. When I got to my table, I saw that it was already dirty with crumbs and drink stains/smudges on the table. I ended up cleaning it myself. I did enjoy the tacos I order but the salsa was very bland compared to other places I’ve tried. But the real reason for the review was when I got up to leave, one of the staff members cleaned a table with napkins that was left behind from the other patron. After he scrubbed and wiped down that table with those napkins, he proceeded to the next table with those same napkins from the table. In all, he cleaned 3 tables with someone else’s napkins that were left behind. No cleaning solutions. No rags. Nothing. I know he realizes there’s a deadly pandemic going around and he just doesn’t care. People cautiously come out and visit these restaurants and it’s disheartening to see carelessness like this. Perhaps the owners aren’t doing a good job in training their staff but these actions have deadly consequences. I won’t be returning. I realize reviews like these hurt businesses; but I’d rather not have someone die because of these practices. Good luck and stay safe. Keep disinfectant wipes in your car and wash down your own tables so you know it’s clean. You gotta look out for your own health and safety.

I ordered catering for an office event. A taco bar spread for 20 people. What I received was extremely small portions, and that is being generous. 10 hard shell tacos, a pack of tortillas, some chips, a few cups worth of beans, a couple 1/4 size trays of meat. The pictures show just how little they actually put in the containers. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told they use a specific scaling formula for large orders and that to "fix" it they could credit me $20. They wouldnt even discuss with me or look at the pictures. This event in our office was for an executive leadership meeting with our company owners, and we RAN OUT OF FOOD. Keep in mind, I let everyone know that the portions looked slight, and to keep their takings low. Oh and we only had 15 people in attendance. I thought by ordering for 20 we would have enough for those who wanted to go up for a second pass. In total I spent almost $500 on food that didnt even feed everyone. The taco spread was $290, I also ordered a doz cookies ($18) and a doz brownies ($25), and 2 jugs of tea ($9.50/ea). I will not be ordering from here again. The value is non existent, the quality was mediocre, and the customer service was horrible.

Salsarita's was an overall unpleasant experience for me. Although the food did taste fresh, the staff and overall layout of the place seemed poorly thought out and confusing. First, the menu is strange. Salsa is not included with the meal, so with two kids and a budget, it is impossible to get something we all want considering you have to buy each kind separate, I got stuck with mild, and they have weird combos that make no sense and left me stuck paying extra. Worst is, I went there based on an ad I saw claiming kids eat for $1.50 with purchase of an adult meal, yet they refused to honor it saying that it was made for a different location even after I showed it to them and confirmed it was for their address! The lids for cups are hard to find and not labeled and there were no paper towels in a relatively unclean bathroom. Not big things individually, but piled up becomes overwhelming when you're watching kids.

Constant Problem - Never Addressed

Tonight is the 3rd time in a month that I have ordered diner from this location using their app. Each time, when arriving to claim my order, the Coke Freestyle machine was lacking many/most choices for drinks. The first couple of times, I was able to search and find something that I could tolerate to drink with my meal. Coke Zero was not available any of the times. In fact, only once was any version of Coke available and that was just Diet Coke.

Tonight, the machine was out of EVERYTHING, except a powerade or flavored water.  Ridiculous...so I pointed this out to the employee at the counter, but she had little interest in this problem. I pointed out that this was the 3rd time that this had happened.  She said "yeah the machine isn't working right now." I explained that I wasn't getting what I had paid for and since this was the 3rd time, I wanted a refund for the drinks at the least.  She said she couldn't. I asked for a manager and another employee came out of the back, but I'm not sure she was a manager. She said the new owner wanted to replace the machine but hadn't yet.  Duh!

So until its replaced or repaired, the restaurant should have another method to get drinks...perhaps cans or remove drinks from the app/online.  She also said a refund wasn't an option.

This should not happen 3 times over the time frame of a month.  I will not be going back here given the lack of interest in providing customers with what is paid...

We order a lot of catering each month. I had MANY problems with the the last catering request (yesterday). For starters, the website wouldn't allow you to pick a state or location, so I had to call the order in. I called BEFORE the store opened (not during busy lunch time). The lady that answered the phone said "she was busy" and would call me back. She never called back, so I then called her again & she took my order but was VERY rude about it. I had 20 employees ready to eat lunch & the food wasn't there 15 min after it was due. I called to see where the food was & the (same) lady said that "the food was ONLY 10 min late". I mean, late is late! She said she would call her driver to see where she was & call me back - but again, she never called back. The driver showed up and was very nice & apologetic. I called after the busy lunch time to ask if we could get a credit toward a future catering order and the same lady said she would check with the owner & call me back. She didn't. I called HER and she said she could do the credit. I asked for her to email that to me, so I could have it in the future. She said she would. I never received an email from her. I called the next day to ask for the email again. We will see if I receive (??). Long story short, the customer service was terrible. VERY rude. The food was...
