Starbucks — Restaurant in South Carolina

Base on my experience here at Starbucks Tanger outlet the stuff are so bc but is not a problems for them to rush the order and the don’t do the customers suppose to order the missed some of the ingredients like the coffee we order caramel machaitto but the taste is it doesn’t have the coffee in it taste like milk.she can’t fall us coz we a regular customers of Starbucks so we knew that taste.Hope the management on this branch can do anything to the workers that even during the bc hours the need to make sure the make the right order for the customers not that the will be rushing and the forget something that’s not right,it’s the lady who prepare the order it happens 11/14/21 at 10.47 so u know who’s that lady assigned that time…she need to do her assignment correctly rather than u will received a bad reviews from costumers,costumers must aware to taste your order b4 leaving the store…coz maybe u don’t know the do it all time intentionally bcoz the...

I’m incredibly frustrated with my recent experience at this location. I do not drink coffee, but I stopped in to purchase a cup of ice or even just a cup of water—fully willing to pay for it. To my surprise, I was told they would not sell me either unless I also purchased a coffee. This policy is completely ridiculous. Water and ice are basic necessities, and I was not asking for anything free. Accidentally mobile ordered a drink to be made at the Starbucks at coastal grand mall told the barista it was meant for the tanger location , she told me to call them and to get in the back of the line to order the correct drink (line was packed) called the Starbucks at the mall to let them know no one will be picking up that coffee , barista at coastal grand told me that , that’s ridiculous she’s never heard of a barista telling a customer to get in the back of the line for a wrong placed order and that they could have made it right...
