This Ben and Jerry location at Tanger (17) had gone down very much in service and quality.
3 days in a row, showing up between 6 and 8 PM looking for a milkshake. No milk to do milkshakes .. first excuse, we ran out of milk. Second excuse, we did not get our order.

By the end of our visit, she did speak a little and cracked a smile, which I appreciated. Maybe she was just having a bad day, I dunno, but it definitely was a little weird. In spite of the uneasiness, I'm rating 5 stars bc I believe we just caught her...
