Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

I visited this location on 2/22/19 between 4:30 and 5 PM. I came here because I had previously experienced pretty good service. That's not what happened today. I walked in and was greeted by an associate who was enjoying lunch at a table who said they'll be right with me. Meanwhile another associate came out and said the girl eating lunch would be right with me because he just made his lunch. He continued out from around the counter and sat down. As I stood there waiting for someone to take my order, the two employees were going back and forth with each other (mostly the young man) about how she was going to take care of me and however many of the next customers. It was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to myself as well as an older couple who were trying to enjoy their lunch. Finally, I was asked for my order. When I told her what I wanted, the response was "we're out". Needless to say, I left and drove less than 5 minutes to another location on Lake Murray Dam Rd. I received proper service and had my sub in less than 6 min. GREAT service at Lake Murray location. Do yourself a favor, drive 5 minutes down the street to avoid the St. Andrew's location it's worth it. I'll never return to...

I NEVER have a good experience at thus location! Me and my fiancée went there on a Sunday and the service was awful! The girl working was so rude and unprofessional! We placed our order and she barely said 2 words. After we placed our order she proceeded to walk in front of us where she had here phone charging on the other side. Made a call yelled on it for about 20 mins. After that she locked the door(it was between 11:30-12 operating business hours) when locking the door she mumbled something which I assumed was let me know when you leave so I can lock it behind you. The entire time we at we had to watch people walk up to a locked door meanwhile they're looking at us like why are y'all in there eating but the doors locked. After we were done eating we got up and left w/o letting her know! When we left we saw she had taped on the door will be back open in an hour. Like I said we go here often always on Sundays and it's never AMAZING service but not ever bad enough not to return until this time! I know this complaint may mean nothing to anyone but you should really think about...
