I stayed here for a 4 days when the place I usually stay when in Florence was booked up. The hot water did not work or was at best Luke warm. The first day when I let them know they said they would get someone to check. So when I got back from work, there was a note from a maintenance person saying to use the knob on the right for hot water. Well I am smart enough that I had already figured out the hot and cold were backward in the shower. The problem was there was no hot water at all the first night. The rest of the time when there was hot water it was only warm and would run out before I finished taking a shower. Then they advertise a bistro where you can get a $10 breakfast since there is no free breakfast but two of the days I was there there was no one to wait on me one day I had complained to the front desk so she came and got me a coffee. This bistro was supposed to be a Starbucks, but I could only get regular coffee because they said the machine was broke. When I ask about breakfast, everything I wanted they were out of. All they had was muffins. I was better off just stopping at a convenience store. The store they show I'm the photo has all the coolers stoked and the shelf full well l don't even remember seeing but two coolers with drinks mabey three or four brands of soda and a few juice drinks and very little food...
Read moreKind of disappointed that they did away with the $5 footlong I love the black forest ham with the Chipotle Southwest sauce loaded up but the $5 footlong was a perfect deal for me now I can't really eat it The bread is too sweet the sandwiches aren't big enough and the new menu I'm not digging at all I know they got the build your own venue but I'm really not into the new stuff. Bring back the $5 footlong for the people who enjoyed it so much because now 7.50 for a footlong is way too much plus the fact that it's all bread filler rather than giving you more meat they give you eight slices of meat on the sandwich for slices of cheese and then everything else is bread and filler. I'd be better off going to the supermarket and buying a pound of meat and cheese and building my own sandwich in my house...
Read moreI frequently get my husband subs from the Lucas street location, because he works nearby. There is constant attitude, not friendly staff, and this one person in particular acts like she really doesn’t want to be there! Tonight I came by are about 9:30pm. I was told it would be 30 minutes because she had to change her drawer. She was in the process of fixing a sub for another customer. I asked if she could just make one more, because there was no one else behind me. She stated no. So here I am going to McDonalds where I at least know I won’t be turned away. Subway please get...
