Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

So yesterday was the Buy 1 get 1 long as tou buy a 30 oz drink.. We have a large family our first visit was at 5:50 p.m. a young man look to be mixed with curly hair was serving me and my youngest daughter. Sandwhiches were made TERRIBLE the bread was cut lop sided he had the sandwhich upside down meat on the bottome veggies on the top just digusting! As me and my daughter sat in the car to eat our sandwhiches the young man came outside to smoke a cigarette before smoking he went i to a liqour store located at the end of the parking lot and drank rather drown a whole mini bottle of unknown white liqour. Okay so I left came back a second time with my sons around 8:15 got 4 foot longs and one 6 inch the young ladys were perfect two black girls one made our sandwhiches to perfection.( hair in ponytail a thicker young lady) Then a young lady with a short hair cut rang me up and showed outstanding customer service. A white lady finally came to help the young women who made all 5 of my sandwhiches double meat on all of them and got the next customer Very Rude, Grouchy, and not pleasant no smile no nothing! I dont recommend this SUBWAY at all until they have better staffing to go along with the other pleasant smiles they have! My husband has a sub shop opening and we are willing to offer employment to a few of the subway folks that were working. Starting Rate 12.00 hr! Word of advise to the owner THOSE TWO BAD EXAMPLES WILL COST YOU LOTS OF BUSINESS AND...

If I could leave no stars, I would leave no stars for the experienc I just had walking into this subway. Walked in none of the chips are stocked, the place was a mess is where I’ll start—- tried to talk to the one person at the counter, whose name was Tawanna… didn’t acknowledge us, while we were standing there which was a few minutes I asked her if there was someone who could help us—- and then told us the lady that’s in the bathroom would be helping us, and then went back to ignoring us. Lady that comes out of the bathroom doesn’t wash her hands and is looking right at us and goes straight to chatting to the other employee about a personal matter right in front of us. Then goes right back to the back. As we were pulling away, these two are laughing because we left. I’m not sure what kind of business you guys run but if this was a location that I owned, I would not be pleased with the way employees just handled customers. You’re in a town where people have plenty of choices. I run a large construction company and understand finding good employees can be tough, but come on that was out of control how we just got handled and I take it with a grain of salt when people aren’t the sharpest, but that was blatant disrespect we...

If you walk in and see a woman with short red hair and tattoos, I'd suggest walking right back out and finding another subway. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no greeting, no "I'll be right with you". After 10 minutes we were greeted with a "what do you want?" My wife ordered a 6 inch flatbread with egg whites and steak, to which she was asked "white or wheat" so when it came my turn to order I tried to make it easier by saying I'd like "a 12" white flatbread with steak egg and cheese" when I saw the woman putting egg white on mine as well I simply said "I'd like regular egg" which the woman rudely snapped back "you said egg white" I honestly did not expect to argue about what kind of eggs I wanted on my sandwich so I just laughed and continued. She burnt the cheese on my wife's sandwich and scraped it off with about half of the too small portion of meat anyways, so my wife ordered double meat.
