This review is about the service, not the food.

I’ve been here on a couple of occasions to pick up orders as a delivery driver. The staff is never very friendly. I’m not expecting hugs and kisses, but a thank you would be nice... maybe even a smile on occasion. Even when I say thank you to them, there’s no response. I was going to make a purchase for myself, but the employee wouldn’t take my order, because I wanted to pay with my own with a card. I didn’t see a sign a stating that there was a minimum purchase amount for cards, so I was confused. Even if there was a sign, she could’ve offered the opportunity to order an additional item instead of just responding “cash.” Lesson learned. I won’t ever go there for myself.

Also, the in store prices are significantly more than what’s listed in the delivery apps.

Not worthy of this star, went to pick up an order that I called in at 9:30, they said 10 minutes, I arrived At 10:00 and the entire staff of 9 gloved and foot bagged employees were taking cooking pans and dipping them in white dirty buckets filled with bleach, pouring it all over the walls , floors, cooking equipment, as the guy at the counter says, sorry 5 minutes , we are cleaning, not to mention the employee that rang me up in the first place began to watch television as my order was not even being made yet, why clean everything for my order and then close down after? Why does it really of bleach and my slippers are ruined, why did I never get a receipt, and the lady asked me how much money to give me back, the goofy "5 minutes" guy said how about 20% off, I had to argue to get my money back, so they...

I just moved here 3ish weeks ago. Lived 18 years in Illinois, 3 in Texas, and have had my fair share of Chinese food. This is by far the best quality I’’ve ever had! Not only is their food good, but the service was amazing! I ordered delivery and it got here within 15 minutes. There was a misunderstanding or miscommunication over the phone, and I received Veggie Lo Mein instead of Veggie Fried Rice. I noticed this after the delivery person had left. I called them back and asked if there was any way I could switch the foods since I hadn’t opened the Lo Mein, and they drove all the way back for me to give me my rice!
