If only I could leave negative stars I would do so. I had the worst experience today at this location I purchased a salad trying to do the right thing and eat healthy and in my salad was a rock that I almost broke my tooth on I tried to be nice about it went back-to speak to the manager about the situation ask the manager if I could fill out a incident report just in case if anything happen with my tooth being chipped or anything because of it being and pain and she and her staff and stated that I put the rock in my own food they were very rude and very unprofessional it took 3 very nice customers sitting by listening to what they were saying to me to tell me the number for the corporate office so I could get something done besides someone yelling at me that I put a rock in my own food this was very unprofessional from the staff but also from the manager she should know better when it comes to customer-service I will never ever step foot in this particular Subway ever again due to not only the rock being in my food but also for the unprofessional way that this situation was handled and not once did any of the staff members apologize they only wanted to make me feel as if I was in the wrong for this. Read moreI ordered on the app to get a black-forest ham sandwich and had the add-ons of pepper-jack cheese and smashed avocados. Just those two extra things. I don't usually order from this location, and I won't going forward.
The sandwich was delivered to me and there was none of the add-ons I asked for on it. So it was just black forest ham, a lot of mayonnaise and lettuce. When I called the store to alert them of the issue: I was on the phone with either the store manager, or the owner, and she asked me what was wrong with the sandwich. I told her what was missing, and she then asks the sandwich artist while I'm on the phone how they made it.
Sandwich artist says they did put that stuff on there, I must not have felt there was enough on it. I insisted there was literally none of the add-ons I asked for, and I was then put on the phone with the employee directly. I told them I just wanted my money refunded, or a new sandwich. She told me that the owner/manager would not be refunding me, and she wouldn't be making me a new sandwich either. The most she would do is put the cheese and avocados on my sandwich when I brought it into the store.
So I would have to leave my job, or wait until I got off work in several hours to bring the sandwich to the location and have someone add cheese and avocados to it. Don't order from here unless you're standing right in front of them watching them make...
Read moreWhen I walked in the workers were sitting down. No problem, the place was empty. But they didnt give a "hello", "I'll be right with you", or anything. After the workers took there sweet precious time getting up, one went straight to the back. (She had on a bonnet might I add.) The other just stood and looked, then reluctantly helped a lady that came in after me with an online order. Once she figured out that the other girl clearly wasn't going to help me, she came down to take and my order and make my order. Going against my 1st mind to just leave, I went ahead and ordered paid and left. When I got home I proceeded to eat my sandwich. It was awful. I guess it's the lack of care and concern that was taken making it. Or maybe the negative energy had seeped into it. Nevertheless, there has been a very obvious change in management or ownership recently. This isn't the first bad experience that I've had there recently, I charged the first one to a fluke, the second, they just weren't open at all during normal business hours, and now this.
