Not only was I not greeted at the Drive thru after hearing so much commotion of employees talking to each other and screaming at another employee- I sat for at least 10-15 minutes before someone actually greeted me, then ask me for my order & then when I gave it, he started taking to the lady at the pickup window waiting and then ask me to repeat what I wanted - after pulling up to the window, no one tells you they are running behind on food, 2 vehicles in front of me and others having issues. He comes to the window and tells me my amount due - takes my card, closes the window back and never says another word- also, he couldnāt redeem my coupon for free Burberry biscuits without manager- She comes, takes care of it, never mentions anything about the wait - but was cordial - then I continue to wait for another 20 minutes, if not longer and hands me my food -he then says āsorryā and I drive home to eat & my fries are not even in the order - I am beyond ticked at this point and call them twice, no answer, so I leave a message with my return phone number - also, the 3 piece chicken meal (chicken was fried so hard) even the meat was crunchy - I will not be back - I have always had good service before - but thatās it I am friends with the former CEO of Bojangles (Randy Kibler) and I am making sure he knows what is going on at this location - if I was the owners, I would be embarrassed- the windows are even filthy at the Drive thru - If my head had mot been splitting due to being hungry- I wouldāve given Sonic or Wendyās my business on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI think the Bojangles corporation is in utter shambles. The line was extremely long because they were only servicing one car at a time. They have a sign up about "low inventory" which is understandable but someone needs to let the person taking the orders know what is available before ordering. If they aren't going to tell the person they should teach the cashier how to work the register to remove items. They should also teach their employees how to explain a bill when items are no longer available. (I ordered 2 meals that were not available and when I asked for a substitution my total was exactly the same even though my new choices were $2+ cheaper) after having to explain this to two people they finally understood. No manager ever came to assist the young ladies. But there a bunch of people working but not. It is extremely frustrating but this is not the corporate culture of Bojangles now. Almost every location in the Columbia/Blythwood area is like this. I hadn't been to Bojangles in months for this very reason. Now I remember why!! I will be maybe a year before I go to this chain restaurant again. Not one time within the last year have I went to this brand and was satisfied with the food or the service. My fries had no seasoning, my Supremes were over cooked,dry, and old. No BoBerry biscuits (my main reason for going again). So sorry Bojangles again you get an F...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn yesterday 8/17/2017, I stopped by the Farrow Rd. location as I always do in the morning and after work. For the past years (since the location has been there), I have gotten 8 piece meals and various tailgates from this location and never...never have i ever received one that i just wanted to throw in the trash. But I didn't; I called the store and spoke with the Manager and she was very very unprofessional in all her responses. I returned the chicken and all. It was an eight piece tailgate box and I returned six pieces (only six because my husband was starving after work), macaroni, and the fries because the chicken was old...dried out...and looked burnt. The Manager around 6pm need a lot more training when dealing with the public and know how to respond efficiently to her consumers. I don't seek nothing for free never have, but when i spend my money I do expect a little more professionalism and no old...dried out...and burnt chicken. Very unsatisfied with the professionalism portrayed at this establishment. Oh, and she did replace "only what i returned which was fine". But I will not stop after work anymore after all...
