Rude young lady at the drive thru window tonight. I ordered a kids meal and she asked me if I wanted a 3, 6 or 9 piece. I was a little confused, but I said 3. When I got to the window, she said my total was over $9. That was when I realized there was no way it was a kids meal she rang me up for. I told her I’m sorry, I needed to order a kids meal. She started to explain to meet at the meals come in 3, 6 or 9 pieces and the kids only come with 2. I said OK then I’d like 2. She still tried to charge me over $9. I said for a kids meal?? She went back-and-forth with me about the price of their meals and was insistent on charging me for a regular mail that I did not order. I told her I only wanted the kids meal. She rolled her eyes and had another girl fix my box. At the end of it all I got the correct order and pay the correct amount. It was obviously a very small misunderstanding, but her attitude and demeanor was an attempt to make me feel stupid when it was her mistake. It didn’t have to be that big of a deal but I’m leaving this review because I personally take great care of my own customers and it’s shameful to see how others treat people who were just trying to get dinner and go home. Read moreSeasoned fries are always old and stale, girl at the counter is rude and definitely lacking in customer service.. atmosphere would be fine if all of the relatives of the employees didn't give everyone that complains a dirty look. And let's not forget about the ice skating rink that they call a restaurant floor... how someone hasn't cracked their head open is beyond my understanding... this is a fairly new restaurant only a few years and it seems they have completely ruined this location.. look at the reviews their horrible and the area manger does nothing to address issues. I think her name is Suzanne... Bring in a whole new staff and business would double...
Update 5/21/24 Spoke with the area director J.C hoffmeister. His could care less attitude is a direct result of a why this location is probably severely In the red as far as performance... there's an old saying " The a.s.s follows the head " after speaking with him I would say he needs further education and training.. He told me he would have the floors taken care of, we shall see.. Loved the canned message in regards to my complaint as well.. will be filing complaints with the better business bureau and bringing my military friends with our cameras to hold them...
Read moreMonday , 01/29/24 , 6:28 now , I walked in @ 5:55 pm , the only customer inside the building , I waited 17 minutes until asked if I had been served . The boy working the window told me he would get me in a second , the Manager walking around talking on the telephone oblivious to any thing else happening , another girl doing mostly talking in the back , a young man came in , walked past and went to back , a few minutes more and he looked at me , asked if I had been served , by now I had pulled a chair from the dining area , he apologized and took my order , I told him I had been there 21 minutes and the “ manager “ had looked toward me twice but could not leave the phone long enough to serve me , he apologized once again , asked for pay and then went to fill the order , that took 5 more minutes as the others gathered around him . This type of service is typical at this location especially in the evening .It is my opinion and only my opinion , that It is time to put a more mature conscientious person in the manager position , one that has experience in delegating work and ensuring customer service without a phone attached to...
