Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

This was the second time that my wife and I went here to Subway #20721-0, and will be the last time. I walk in with a coupon and immediately the worker says we don't take coupons, no Subway in Sumter county does. So why did I get the coupons in the mail then? This shows sub-par management in the region. The workers here don't greet customers. Their attitude borders on rudeness and indifference. They act like it's the customers privilege to patronize their store instead of the other way around. Sumter is a military town and Subway offers no military discount. That disrespect is mirrored in their lame commercials paying millionaire athletes to hawk their product. The military people are the real heroes. They deserve a discount, not a lame free cookie. Me and My husband arrived at the store a few minutes to an hour after opening. We walked in to the empty restaurant where we were the only people who needed to be served. Only to be told by the male employee working on tuesday June 14th, that we would have to wait like 15 minutes until he was finished with some "huge" order before he could make our sandwiches. Walked in and emp just sat there I waited a bit and they finally came to the counter and just started at us. I asked of they where ready to take my order and got a shrug. I told them what I wanted and they made it . They only would point at the oven to signal I assume if I wanted my food toasted . Didn't even tell me how much I owed just stuck a hand out for money.
