Did an order online with subway. Spend $40. Subway uses door dash. When order arrived, I was missing some of my food. I call the location. First off the young boy that answered the phone just said hello, I had to ask him if this was subway. Once he told me yes, I explained to him why I was calling and he said yes it did not get put in the bag my mistake. I asked about getting the food sent back out and he stated he was new to hold on. He comes back on the phone and gets my phone number. He then tells me he would call me back. 15 minutes goes by and I call them back. He claimed the owner was going to call me. At this time I requested my money back, he just kept saying the owner is going to call me. I asked to speak to the manager and he gets on the phone . I then ask him for my refund and he claimed the owner was going to call me and then refuses to give me a refund on the food I did not receive. Then he tells me they ate busy with customers and hangs up on me. I wait a while later and then no phone calls, so I drove to the location. When I walked in 1 person was in line so I started asking about my refund once again. The young man was just standing there so I asked for him to give me the refund. He said he didn't know how and then the other guy told him to call the owner. The owner wanted to call me on my phone but I insisted to speak to him at that time. He 1st said NY order was pick up and it was my fault the other food got left. When I told him it was for delivery he told me door dash was responsible for refunding me. I contacted door dash and the explained that it is subways responsible not theirs due to they collected the money not door dash. This subway stole my money. I would stay clear...
Read moreI've been going to this restaurant a few times for lunch and never had any issues until today. On a typical visit I wait in line, order my food, pay and leave. Sometimes a customer ahead of me will order 3 subs and it slows the line down. I'm okay with this and wait. Today however, I was first in line and ordered my food. Another customer comes in and is apparently a regular and chats it up with the girl behind the counter. Meanwhile my sub is still being made along with the regular customer and the girl behind the counter lets him cut ahead or me to pay. So our food was ready at the exact same time but seeing as he is a regular he has priority over me and I have to wait. This sub I got was also terrible. The bread was stale and the vegetables had a very strange after taste. The only good thing about the meal was the chips. I will not be returning...
Read moreI didn’t have to wait. There was one couple dining inside. I wasn’t greeted. The employee could barely understand English so the communication wasn’t good. He never smiled and appeared to be annoyed. The other employee appeared to be possibly the manager/owner and was on the phone talking loudly, the entire time I was there. When I paid for my food, the employee looked at me with a blank face, handed me my food, and never said anything! Not thank you, have a good evening…nothing, so I just gave him a puzzled look and silently walked away and will never patronize that particular restaurant ever again! Horrible service! The franchisee should be ashamed and train their employees to be professional, friendly, and courteous if they plan on staying...
