The ambience at this location is incredible. The bright menus automatically draw your attention as you walk in. The bathrooms are surprisingly clean and the lobby was decently clean. Behind the counter could have been better. Lots of fries on the floor that could have been cleaned up. The store wasn't busy.

The manager who assisted us had a full beard and no beard net. However, every employee wore gloves and I was paying close attention to see if they did anything they shouldn't and would they change gloves and wash their hands and they succeeded.

I ordered chicken nuggets, and the grilled chicken wrap. The chicken nuggets were okay. The grilled chicken wrap was not prepared right the first time. I'm surprised the manager even let it go out. I went to open it and there was a catastrophe of lettuce and cold shredded cheese and grilled chicken everywhere. Nevertheless, I gave the horrible representation of this lackluster product back to the manager who just asked me to toss it. I wish I had remembered to take a picture. It was really bad.
The second attempt was better, but still got high scores on lackluster. It has no flavor, very little ranch and every condiment was cold. I didn't enjoy it.
Recommendation:
Overall, the restaurant could use upper management coming in and helping them improve on some areas.

So now a ten mile trip is 20 miles because I had to go back to get it corrected. I went in and wasn't greeted and told the young girl that my order wasn't made right she said, "Do you want to speak with the manager I said yes. The manager walked over and didn't greet me or ask what I needed, so I politely told her why I was there she took the breakfast qrap I was returning, opened it up and told the lady this wasn't made right. No apologies, nothing. I had to ask for my entire order to be remade because the potatoes are now cold. She yelled she had a small potato too. Read moreI have ordered quite a few times on the mobile app, I cannot suggest doing that order your food at the front counter or through drive-thru. The fries are cold disgusting, I don't mean like just cold I mean like they're hard and chewy. Most of the time they've gotten my order right so there's a positive there. But the fries have been disgusting every single time it's like they leave it for hours and it's within 15 minutes of placing the order I'm there. They need to find a new way to store mobile orders on top of maybe not putting old fries and to orders. The burgers have been cold as well, but I can tolerate cold chewy burgers over hard unedible fries. Cold nuggets, goldberger cold fries within 15 minutes a it being prepared.
