If I could give this store a negative 0 to the 100th power I would bc its definitely below a 1 star. Yesterday after leaving the drive thru due to the car in front of me not moving forward and appearing not to be ordering. I got out of line to go order on the inside. I walked in. Not acknowledged at all, no one didn’t even looked up at me. Why? BC NOT 1 BUT ALL OF THEM WERE ON THEIR CELLPHONES. I waited for a quick second before asking for help bc I couldn't believe my eyes and was thinking about pulling out my cellphone to record but realized i left it in the car. So I asked out loud if they were open bc we did have bad weather and I didn't know if something happened to the computers. I was told yes. Then i said can someone help me.The guy on fries asked the girl at drive thru, the guy on burgers and the guy at the back who was working the front. No one seemed to know. A girl who camed out the bathroom from taking trash was asked if she was working the front. She replied no and said to the girl running the drive thru that she was working the front. The girl came from the drive thru to help me. She obviously was new or didn't know what she was doing bc she asked if there was register in the drawer or if she could use it, something of that nature. I'm still waiting, impatiently and very upset at this point. A lady comes from the back who I assume is the manager and said yes there's a drawer. She didn't acknowledge me but assisted the girl in ringing up my order. As I waited. The guy on burgers who was behind the nugget and fry guy puts his phone down, put on I assume clean gloves, then starts back texting on his phone. Read moreI have never had a problem with Wendy’s until tonight. Woman who took my order over the intercom never bothered to greet me and instead flat out asked what I wanted. Proceeded to wait in the drive through line (along with 4 other cars besides me) for over 10 minutes. The woman who took my order in the drive through line opened the window so I could pay and just threw her hand out the window and looked at me while she waited on my card. She never told me the total, asked me if I wanted a copy of my receipt, and might as well tossed my card back at me and closed the window. Finally was able to get our food from a nice gentleman, he greeted us when he opened the window and gave QUALITY customer service. He asked if I needed anything else and I proceeded to tell him that his niceness was greatly appreciated. Before we closed the transaction, I told the gentleman that people who don’t want to be working shouldn’t be working tonight and the woman looked at me and preceded to say “I didn’t tell you to come to this wendy’s.” I understand we all have days where we hate our jobs because I’ve been a waitress at a bar (and have been the last 4 years) and there are days where I have no desire to work, but I’m still friendly and do it with a smile. Just friggin rude, everything. Can't say ur welcome, doesn't respond when u say thank you. Why in the world do these type of people work with the public that have this type of shytty attitudes. Why do we continue to parltronize these types of stablishments. Most of my friends agree with this assessment of this individual. We will NOT return. I'm sure many people have encountered this type of service from this individual. And management allows this person to represent them at the drive-thru window. Simply pitiful.
