I can’t say anything good or bad at this point anymore. Sometimes I come. The food is hot and fresh management have good attitudes as well as crew come the next day the worst attitudes the worst service cold food I come because it’s convenient and I like to stay on the budget when I eat out I honestly think that management don’t wanna be there and staff don’t wanna be there … They should just start over from scratch and hire new people this place is going downhill more and more the food quality and customer service. This used to be the best Wendy’s back in the day. It is nothing like it used to be. I honestly think they should just get new management and new crew because it’s horrible now.. I would not recommend eating here ….Today will be my last day and I will not use my rewards at all if I’m gonna spend my money on cold food..I would just rather go to Chili’s or other places that has better Quality and you get more for your money’s worth because this is just not it anymore Wendy’s please do better if not, just shut down. I don’t know what it is, but a lot of these fast food places are just going down the Zaxby’s across the street used to be a good Zaxby’s as well. I’m just speaking my truth sonics down the road. I have commented on all these places before horrible customer service everything again like I said if they don’t wanna be there and don’t wanna provide good quality, food and service just shut down…..always on their phones outside smoking it’s just ridiculous I definitely will not be returning back to Wendy’s at this point even with mobile app rewards and all it’s just not worth . Who wants to come into a restaurant 1/2 the time no one is in there and you still get cold food fries and not even half decent service I can’t see this location being around much longer just being honest ….More and more i eat here the worse and worse it gets. And many other locations of Wendy’s as well.. on this side of town in Taylor’s is becoming the worst. Also the Subway across from the Chick-fil-A that used to be there have shut down. They just are no longer great locations to eat. I know that I have commented on these places along with many others and I go back and see, and they are no longer in business that says a lot. Read moreIm not usually one to complain but the entire night staff needs to be replaced immediately! Almost every time I have come my order has been wrong or has been missing items. Tonight I ordered a #10 Asiago ranch chicken club and received a piece of cold chicken on a bun. No cheese, no sauce, no lettuce, no tomato, no bacon. The fries were cold, stale and unsalted. You could literally snap the fries in half they were so hard and stale. A few times now they have left out the entree I ordered and gave me two orders of fries so the bag felt like it had more food in it and everytime I ask for a recipt they never give me one say its out of paper. I have even come back though the drive thru after realizing my order was wrong and suggested that I had eaten the missing item or that the item they prepared wrong was what I ordered. The staff is extremely rude and act like I'm bothering them for being there. I have come multiple times and they stated they were closed but when I drove around to the window everyone was back there talking and laughing or oh their phone. Just having a grand ol' time instead of working. Btw an employee probably shouldn't be sucking their thumb while preparing food. I've tried to give this place a shot time and time again but usually end up upset about the whole experience and I keep losing money. You're technically stealing from me. I will not be back. Read moreMay 26th, Memorial Day, 7pm. Ordered an asiago chicken sandwich 6.49 and a med frosty 2.79... $9.28 total... $10.02 with taxes. Guy at the register said my total was 12.39. When asked about the discrepancy, guy said 'that's how the register rung it up.' I politely went thru the math and said that Wendy's was charging me over two dollar more, for no reason. He said 'that's what the computer says.' He then started to get agitated and confrontational. He said, 'do you won't this stuff or not?' I said, 'tell me how much each item costs, then tell me the tax on that. He said the chocolate frosty costed 30 cent more than the posted price. He then said that it cost 30 cent more because it's chocolate AND because I didn't order it separately. First that only accounts for only 25% of the over-charge, second, I'm perplexed. I question him about the 30 cent more charge stating that it doesn't say that on the menu. He then states that that is how the computer rung it up. He then says 'you know, I don't HAVE to serve you'. I said that if he's charging me more than the price listed that he's committing fraud. He then ended the encounter by saying, 'I'm not making your order... now go away, I hope you starve.
FYI - employee was mid-thirties or so, black man with a little scruffy bread. Also, once things got heated a nice black girl forced him to shut the window and told me to have a nice day - in an attempt to settle down...
