I would like to start off by saying that this rating is in regards to a particular event and not necessarily to the entire establishment. This afternoon we stopped to go through the drive thru. I have a small 12 pound Pomeranian who was not showing any signs of aggression and clearly I was in control of him. One of my dog’s favorite experiences along with “many” other dogs is hearing the question “would he like a pup cup?” As usual he got in his position perched halfway out the drivers window patiently waiting to hopefully hear those words. Instead we were looked upon with horror by an employee who then says “I am afraid of dogs.” So responded respectfully that he is gentle and will not bite. Instead she stood there almost making a statement that she will not serve us and gave her co worker an asinine stare. The tragedy of all this is my dog is a trained emotional support animal so not only did she make us feel uncomfortable but also made us feel discriminated against. I would like to make a suggestion that she needs to go somewhere where there is no chance of contact with animals. Also my chocolate croissant were cold when I requested them to be heated. Maybe she should do her job instead of being dramatic. On a positive note the window girl with the blue ponytail saw the whole thing go down and did her best to salvage the rest of our experience....
Read moreSo disappointed on service. Came in with my parents and husband we ordered some pastries and 3 coffees. We received one coffee and all pastries and waited for the other two coffees but they never were ready. So I got up and asked the gentleman that took our order about the two coffees and he said they would be right up. Waited some more time while waiting I observed all the staff were talking behind the counter and one of the employees was working the drive through. So I went up asked again and they said they be right up but waited more time and still no coffees yet. From the time I ordered it had been 21 minutes when I went up to the cash register where two employee women were talking and asked for my money back. To then find out the coffees were behind them and cold. After we were walking out all I hear is laughter from their employees which is very unprofessional, at least wait till the customer fully leaves. Not a pleasant time at all. Read moreSolution For This Store: PERMANENTLY CLOSE!!!! This use to be a good store. Not any longer. Came by at 4:15PM on Monday, October 25th and had sign on the door that inside closed at 4:00PM....... seriously?????? I stop by today Wednesday, October 27th just after 6:00PM and enjoying my coffee as I was doing computer work and all of a sudden a man tells everyone at 6:45PM this store is closed now. You must leave. The drive thru and inside are all closing now. I couldn't close my work on my computer fast enough. He said sir you must go. We are closed. I was like I heard you the first time. I have to sign out of programs. That's it. I am DONE!!!! I don't like such rude treatment. So guess what guy? You can stay closed. As I said in the beginning of this post...... CLOSE...
