Whiskey Beach Bar & Grill — Restaurant in South Carolina

I have been singing professionally for 30 years and I usually don't like karaoke places because the sound is usually really bad. But Tammy is unbelievable!! I have NEVER sang karaoke that the sound was perfect, but Tammy is the exception!!!!! My mother and I went in October 2022 and had the best time! Not only was it the best Karaoke place I had ever been to, but the people there are awesome and so friendly! My mother doesn't sing but people there were giving her the tambourine, getting her to dance, dedicating songs to her and treating her like a queen!!! She loved it and so did I!!!! Unfortunately it was the last nite out for my sweet mother and I because she passed away suddenly 4 months later. Thank God that one of the people there, her name is Crystal, took pics of my mom and I and sent them to me!! I will cherish them forever, and will always be grateful to Crystal, Tammy and all of the people there that night!! I hope to go back there as soon as I am not feeling so very sad. I wouldn't be able to sing there right now without crying, So I hope to see Tammy, Crystal and everybody else there soon! Thanks Whiskey Beach Cafe so much for making our last nite out...

Was very excited to take friends from Maine there today for happy hour and good food, as we had such a great experience our first time there. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Got seated and. Ordered our drinks, then all of a sudden all we could smell was bleach! Thought it was the girls that were cleaning the floor near us, so we asked to be moved. Come to find out, someone behind the bar had pored bleach down the sink there and it was permeating all through the resturant! I have asthma and this is something that flares up an asthma attack! Only drank about 1/2of my beer and I had to leave and go outside. Waitress kept apologizing and we know it wasn’t her fault. Don’t really understand why they were pouring bleach down the drain, but why during customer time!!! Really disappointed is Management NEVER came to speak to my husband or the other couple!! My husband and our friends finished their drinks, paid bill and left! I did have an asthma attack due to the bleach and not sure now if I want to go back there again! Considering this place just opened and replace a local established bar and restaurant i ecpected it to shine. DISAPPOINTED in the lack of customer service. Slow seating and took 10 minutes before drink order was taken. Unfamiliar with tap beers but ok. No Modelo or Blue Moon no Fat Tire. Ordered food. Surprisingly good. But didnt have coleslaw that was included with my order. Granddaughter liked her sliders and fries and her sweet tea was perfect. I believe they're understaffed and that maybe why slow start. I may try them again in the future but it will not be my local fav even though its 2blks from my home.
