Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in South Carolina

Every SINGLE time I have ordered from this store using door dash, my order has been wrong when it is delivered. And I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME!! So tonight, my son wants Zaxby’s again. This time I decide that the only way my order will be correct is if I drive there and get it myself. Oh, but was I mistaken… I placed my order on the app and drove to the store. When I get there, I wait in line in the drive thru. They handed me two bags “tied together” with all of the order. As I drive away, I decide that it is in my best interest to check the order before leaving. As I check the order, I am first horrified that the entire order has been in the bags upside down. As I am sure you can imagine, wings with sauce upside down is not ideal. Then I have to just laugh at this absolute inability to do a job correctly when I notice that I am missing an entire meal from my order. So… I turn around, park the car, and walk inside. Apparently it doesn’t matter if you order through door dash or the app, they can’t get the order correct. I walk inside, let the team member at the register know that I am missing part of my order. The team member at the register definitely doesn’t seemed surprised as I’m assuming this is a common theme for this location. They give me the meal that I’m missing and I leave. I understand that this location employs many young people. I also understand that mistakes definitely happen. Came back today after deciding I wasn't going to after my last encounter...my husband placed an order of wings and things with French fries and an order of just the chicken strips with the chips got to the window and the teenage girl told him she mixed up the chips and fries with the opposite order (fries were supposed to be with wings and things and chips with the chicken strips) and said to us sorry we would switch them for you but can't you just switch them at home? (One of the orders wasn't even for us and wasn't even coming home with us so NO we couldn't do that and NO we weren't going to stick our hands all in someone else's food!!!!) Are you serious right now???? Why would you expect that?!!! Never going back.... on top of that our 3 drink orders are completely messed up..there's always an issue every time we go...I wouldn't recommend this zaxbys unless you want a fast food place over run by teenagers that are too lazy to correct their errors or just do their jobs correctly in...

I have visited Zaxbys in Inman a few times now. Every time so far has been a pleasant surprise. My hope when I visit fast food chains is for the order to be correct and the food be hot as one can reasonably expect. I don't have high expectations when it comes to customer service especially at the drive thru. This is where my surprise has been. Zaxbys in Inman has excellent customer service and all their employees have always been on top of things. I feel I must give a call out in this instance. Zaxbys has an employee named Gracie. She has actually made my drive thru experiences a pleasure. Quick and accurate !! She deserves to be employee of the year. She stands out that much. Overall a great place to eat and I highly recommend. Keep up...
