My friend and I were traveling from Atl to Myrtle Beach and thought it would be nice to stop in Columbia and grab Zaxbys. Both of us ordered the Cobb Salad with fried chicken. The quality control and overall service was underwhelming. If they didn't have the ingredients, I would have much rather order something else. Or go somewhere else.
I also asked if they had pickles to add to my salad. The cashier response was "I dont know, I just started." She didn't bother to ask or inquire with another person until I suggested for her to do so.
This is what a Cobb Salad has on it, per the menu:
Mixed greens with carrots and red cabbage, Cheddar Jack cheese, natural hardwood smoked bacon, hard-boiled egg, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fried onions with Fried or Grilled Chicken and your choice of dressing. Served with Texas Toast.
••• Let's be foreal, our salad had a minimal of 1 chicken strip chopped up... no bacon, no egg, nonfried onions, no carrots.... just lettuce, some cheese and over loaded of tomatoes. JUST TERRIBLE.
WE HAD TO GO THRU BOJANGLES DRIVE THRU to order more chicken bc we were extremely frustrated with the service at Zaxbys... and extremely exhausted to be dealing with this foolishness.

Fab, the manager, called me and apologized for customer service and the tacos that I had received. He was determined to make it right and he even went as far as letting me know his schedule so that he could make the tacos himself. That is dedication and outstanding customer service. I am big on customer service and have much respect Fab. The atmosphere was even better. The tacos were fresh and tasty! I added pictures of the tacos I received today, a big difference.

This Zaxby’s was a hot mess! The girls that were working there on Sunday evening (08/18/24) were very unprofessional. The customer service was horrible. I watched a man order his food for dine in and they still packed it to go. The girl did not call his name or number, she just said, “here go yo food”. Another girl was in there leaning all over the counter on her phone. I really wish I could have gotten their names (which I looked for but they were not visible) because they do not need to be working any job that requires customer service, especially when they are dealing with food.
I ordered through the app and the food I received was sloppy. The fries did not have any seasoning. I will let the pictures do the talking for the “tacos”. The tenders were weird looking, the bacon was missing, and they looked nothing like...
Read moreIf I could give this store a zero I would. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life! I ordered a bunch of food. When my daughter picked it up, after getting home, she realized one of my five pieces was a four piece. My son ordered a MrBeast box and they didn’t have the candy bar and one of my drinks was missing. I called the store and waited 42 minutes for them to come back and they never did. During that time, I drove 20 minutes back to the store. I went in and asked to speak to the manager, Lake is her name, and she was no better. I tried to explain to her what happened and she told me without bringing all the food back she could not refund me. I wasn’t asking for a full refund. I was only asking for a refund for what I did not receive. She said without bringing all the food back so she could prove that I didn’t get it or I didn’t eat it, was not giving me a refund. I told her I was on hold for the whole time… and I’m not gonna sit there and hold food for just one piece of chicken, a missing candy bar, and a drink.
