My family of 5 (3 kids under 5 and me and husband) was driving through from a long road trip, decided to eat inside around 0830 pm 5/28/25. Ordered quesadilla, cheese stuffed bites, cheesecake bites. The Staff looked friendly. We were excited but after 10 min of waiting and the only ones in the restaurant, I asked " is our food ready?" The workers in back were loud and looked busy and laughing. I didn't mind at first. The man at register said, "uhhh not yet." I can see a tray of my quesadilla sitting for a while but no other things. After 18 min of waiting I came back and asked again if food ready, one of the female workers said "ummm what are you waiting for what did you order?" I was kinda shocked cuz I'm the only one in restaurant. I listed my order and she yells back to the cook "do you have the cheese bites and cheese cake bites????" And the cook yells back "what?!! Man I don't know man what do you want from me... mumbling some other incoherent things... And after back and forth banter laughing and yelling back and forth with mumbling he's like "no one told me nothin"... and some incoherent mumbling. And he went to freezer and took them out to cook. And so the person on the register said um I think they'll be done soon. But the cook just took them out of freezer after 19 mins. I was almost in tears cuz I was asking so nicely 3 times and they didn't care. I went to my husband and told him and he was shocked. I came to the register and I said how much longer and he said um 2 mins maybe. I said this is unacceptable I want a refund you guys forgot about my order and just refused to prioritize or finish my order after asking so much ive waited 20 mins. I asked for the manager. The manager said "what, no I remember your food was ready I remmeber putting it on the tray myself." I said " yed the quesadilla has been sitting on the tray but the rest of the stuff they forgot and just started cooking after 20 mins" I can't understand how they could forget my order if I'm the only one in the restaurant. It was exhausting, and they were gaslighting saying "no it was almost ready you dont wamna wait 2 more mins? it'll be ready". I said "maybe i should have went to drive through." Sadly to say they are Incompetent, messy, loud, forgetful, unapologetic workers. I wouldn't trust them with any meal. Got a refund. Didn't get to...
Read moreWow! What can I say!? The evening service on Wednesday night was ridiculous! Gave me the oldest toast ever then argued with me while rolling her eyes when I asked for fresher toast. Even included another employee in the conversation I was having with her. And after that I still didn't even have the sauce I ordered. When I got that fixed and got home, almost everything was old (especially the chicken). I ate nothing but my kid ate fries and toast. Going back the next day to talk to a manager was worse because while talking to one manager, a nasty one came out and took over. Snatched everything up and saying she'd handle it. When she came back out, it was to tell me she'd fix it this time but not next time, because the boxes were empty. A lie! Mine was full and my son's still had his chicken in it. I tried to tell her that I was explaining everything to the first person before she came out and took over, but she said they were busy and walked off, still yelling this time but not next time. They were not busy. Couple of cars in drive thru and three guests already eating. She fixed the order, walked by my son and myself saying have a nice day, got into her car and left. But they were sooooo busy, though. I asked for corporate number and manager still on-site said there wasn't one, basically. Only one ray of light.... Read morePlaced an online order to be picked up at 815 Pulled up and line was around the building and doors were locked. Patiently waited and got to window at 845(waited bc I had already paid) lady with long eyelashes opened window with an attitude. When I asked if my food was still going to be hot(she took it from the counter were several other orders were) she nastily said “I don’t know if your food is hot “ when I asked for it to be remade she got nasty and started cussing behind the window while picking in her scalp/wig with another girl with long braids( neither has on a hair net) I told them I wasn’t leaving until I had fresh food. After another nearly ten minutes they hand me food and I pull up to Check( I should have parked at the window) When I walked in they both (ms eyelash and ms long braids) had both removed their name tags and both refused to help me. Long braid started cussing saying she can refuse service if she wants. I called corporate and kept them on the phone so they could hear. Manager with a name tag that said Allison (older black skin lady) came out covered in flour and had my tenders sauces and gave me my missing slaw.
