Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in South Carolina

Went to Zaxbys about 7pm. I ordered my food thru the drive thru window intercome. I sat there at the window about 5 mins before i was acknowledged. There was a girl at the front counter talking on her cell phone looking towards the window. When the person working the window open the window she gave me my total and i told her no celery please. i had to wait another 5 mins and she brought the food to me. I tested my fries and they were no hot at all. I pulled around and went inside. i went to the counter and a black male came and ask could he help me. I said yes can i get some fresh fries. He asked how many and i said 2. When he brought the fries back to me he threw them on the counter. I said you're welcome. He turn and said what i said you're welcome. I said you could of said thank you and have a nice day.. He in return and said what do i need to say thank you for. I asked for the manager and he said he is the manager. I said whats your name. He wouldnt give it to me. I looked at his name tag and his name was Zack. I then walked out the store. This is so unacceptable. Stopped by Zaxbys in Poinsette hwy, ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries, large strawberry Fanta, 2 egg rolls, large dr pepper strawberry, it was $20.15. Got home , took order out of bag, and saw they gave me a strip of bacon instead of cutting the bacon into pieces as it should be, I had to cut it up, mind you now, I was the only car in drive-thru, no one was inside, so they weren’t busy, but yet, couldn’t serve me what I paid for, couldn’t give me the meal as it should be, called 2 times to speak to a manager, both times I was hung up on, so I decided to go back, when I arrived I asked to speak to a manager, so a tall fellow came out, I told him I called but got hung up on, he says he had me on hold, that was a blatant lie because the phone hung up on me, so I preceded to show the picture of the bacon ranch fries, I asked him what was wrong with the picture, I said to him so I pay $20 to cut up my own bacon now, he gets mad and say what else wrong, then he goes to the back and comes back with a new order of it but made the correct way this time, no apologies no nothing, they’ll never get my business at this...

at the ordering station i told the beginning of my order with no response after they said to order, had to say hello twice and repeat my order three times, asked her to read it back to me and it was wrong so i corrected it, got to the window double checked if it was right and it was. i paid them, sat there for about 20 mimutes about 5 minutes in i look over and all of the employees were looking at their phone with my order sitting on the counter . they proceeded to be on their phone for about 15 more minutes then they finally gave me my food i asked for sauce so she put them in the bag and was so focused on her conversation didn’t even look at me or tell me to have a good night. came home and my food was not correct, called and spoke to the manager on shift and my food was replaced but even when i went back the employees were still on their phone. this was very unprofessional, i’ve worked in fast food before but never have i treated a...
