And let me tell ya, this place is truly a cherry on top of the fast-food sundae! First off, I needed some fuel for my trusty minivan – it was running on fumes, and so was I! Pulled right into the lot, and what do ya know? It was so easy, I thought, "This place really knows how to jack up convenience!" No boxing me in here! Then, the moment of truth: coffee! Now, I’m a man who appreciates a good cup o' joe, and this coffee didn't disappoint. It was so good, it really perked me up! Definitely no grounds for complaint there. I was feeling pretty brew-tiful after that! Time for the grub! I went for the classic Sourdough Jack – talk about a sandwich that really rises to the occasion! Each bite was a hole lot of deliciousness. My taste buds were doing the happy dance, no loafing around there! And the fries? Oh, they were so good, I couldn’t ketchup with how fast I was eating them! It was truly a fry-tastic experience! The service? Top-notch, I tell ya! The folks behind the counter were so friendly, they were practically burger-ing me with kindness! They really went the extra mile, and I didn't feel like I was just another patty in the crowd. They were real stand-up people, not laying around on the job! And the restrooms? Clean as a whistle! I placed an order online to pick up through the drive-thru (Feb 26th 2023). I get there not too long before 9 PM and when I pull up the speaker, they say they are closed.
Since I already paid for my order, I went through the app in the drive-thru line. There's no way to get a refund or assistance through it, so I pull in to a spot and go through the order email. It advised that if you had issues to call the store.
So I did, hoping they could just cancel my order or something. After about 4-5 rings, someone picked up and just started shouting into the phone. I couldn't really understand what they were saying, but I caught some obscenities.
This was after having absolutely no contact with anyone there. I have no clue what I did that warranted that kind of response. I just wanted a refund for an order that I wasn't going to get.
Edited for after an official response: I placed a Refund Request through JITB corporate and it said it would go to the store; in this request I filled out all the relevant information plus an account of what happened. I have yet to receive any kind of feedback from that inquiry other than the automated "We Received Your Request" response.
Second Edit: About two weeks ago now, I sent in two different Customer Feedback reports. One was a request for a refund, since I never received my order. The second was what management's reply asked me to send in. I have yet to receive a call or any feedback based on what I sent in and I have not received a refund. It seems it's pretty much a waste of time to try and deal with the restaurant through their own official channels. Read moreService is normally terrible but the food is usually ok. Today both were terrible. I came through at 7:32 pm and ordered 10 tacos. I received those and went home. When I got home my son went to eat one and it was just soggy grease filled tortilla. They're always a little greasy but that's too be expected. This was so greasy by the time I returned grease was soaking through the bottom of the bag. Since they were only half cooked I guessed I headed back and called on the way to give them a heads up. Mind you it took me 30 minutes total to go back and forth again. I told the girl on the phone about it and she told me i needed to bring the entire order and receipt back. That's was fine except for the part of the one that had already tried to be eaten. I didn't think she would want a half chewed up taco brought back so I told her I had 9 I was bringing back. She said she would replace 9! I was like are you serious? I'm having to come all the way back there because the first time they were made were inedible. She then forcefully put me on my place and repeated " like I said i will replace 9! You already ate 1!" Ok it wasnt really eaten but ok. If you want to make that big of a deal over a 65 cent taco fine. I just thought it was really crazy being demanded like that and not even having the full order remade. It wasnt my fault I had to bring them back. I was the one being inconvenienced!
