Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in South Carolina

This CFA is closest and is most convenient for me to visit. However, I have left the drive-thru line multiple times because it can be extremely slow. I have frequently been given wrong items or missing items all together. Many times I check the contents of the bag before leaving because of this, as maybe everyone should. But today I didn't open the wrapper to the biscuit. Next thing I know, my child is crying because there's cheese stuck on his fingers when it should have been a plain biscuit. I called and the phone got disconnected. I called again and the person suggested I come in when it's completely inconvenient to get my children out of their seats. After I angrily responded to her, she shamed me. So honestly, I'm not sure if I'll be visiting this CFA. Perhaps they don't want my business. I've complained to the store manager in the past for the drive thru wait times and wrong items, and haven't seen much improvement. It's really hit or miss on this CFA. It appears the front staff is constantly waiting on the back staff, so it's hard to know what's going on back there since they're closed off. Are they really working as efficiently as possibly? Is the kitchen too small? I certainly hope not since this location was just re-modeled and they removed the playground. I get it, you had to remove the playground for business reasons but it's not something I'm thrilled...

Outstanding service as always! I came through to use my gift cards I received for chick fila and I went through the drive through to order. The gentleman that took my order was really nice & welcoming! Outstanding customer service! He was an older gentleman and I really wanna thank him for being so nice! Good customer service goes a long way! I ordered 12 count nuggets, a 4 piece tender and then added on a 2 piece tender just trying to use up the gift cards & everything was handled in a timely professional manner. For them to be standing outside taking orders in all types of weather 🌡️☁️ I really wanna tell them thank you to all of the employees out there taking orders on your feet, in all weather temperatures and to think how you're able to remain to smile and be nice says alot. I say you all need a raise for that alone! Atleast $20 an hour and I think you should be allowed tips. Thank you for everything and the best customer service award goes to y'all definitely. I want to start by saying I love Chik Fila. I only order 2 things always, so I asked for a spicy deluxe meal and was rang up for a spicy sandwich and that's ok mistakes happen. It's my fault for not asking her to review the order (which every Chick -Fil-a I've gone to has done)...when I went to the front and advised the cashier of this she took my sandwich to the back where I couldn't see her and I guess slapped a wilted piece of lettuce and 2 tiny tomatoes on the chicken. The fries were half filled and not hot. To top it off this establishment wasn't clean which of course I didn't notice until I sat down to eat my food. Then an associate was moping the area by the bathrooms as ppl were eating their meals! I was concerned for an elderly couple, she slopped the mop right next to their table. The water was dirty and smelled. I'm sorry to give Chick- Fil-a a bad review. I should have known better when I only saw 3 families eating inside and the drive through was empty...
