Hardee’s — Restaurant in South Charleston

Stood for over 3 to 4 minutes at the counter while 2 men (manager and a shift supervisor) sat in the office (within view of the front) and a young lady walking around the front. Then, after waiting, she comes to the register in front of me, hits a button, utters something under her breath, and moves to the register to her left. I stood watching and made a gesture as to if I should follow. She then decides to tell me that she is, "clocking in". I thought, fine...she'll get me after...NO. She then proceeded to JUST STAND THERE. Finally, the lady working the drive-thru says, "there is someone at the front needing service." At this point I've been in the restuarant standing for over 7 plus minutes. The Shift Supervisor comes out of the office, gives a very sad, half attempt at an apology. The ordering process was fine, no discounts offered for the wait and no additional apology.

Then...as I'm waiting for my order to be filled. The Shift Supervisor took 2 Big Roast Beef sandwiches (which I had in my order) and took them to fill an order that just pulled up to the drive-thru window! The person that ended up filling most of my order was the manager, who threw everything into bags and was like, "here you go!". No ask of sauces or anything else.

Once I got home. Part of my order was 2 of the Red Burrito Chicken soft taco (which I've had before and has always been good). The taco shells were stale and sitting standing up in the packaging. The taco filling was scattered throughout the styrofoam container. Hardly enough meat to fill one of the 2 tacos I had ordered.

The only plus, the Big Roast Beef was...

We stayed close to this hardees and after a very poor continental breakfast at the hotel were looking for something at least edible. Ordering was difficult and it was like the person taking the order couldn't hear me and I couldn't really hear them. Our order was simple and short but was messed up. We were asked to wait with no explanation as to what was going on and when we finally got the food the quality and accuracy of the order was terrible. The coffee was horrible, like undrinkable. We got some froot loop donuts for the kids and they were so bad the kids didn't want to eat them and when I tried them myself they left a weird greasy residue in my mouth. We got a milk in a cardboard carton with no option for a cup and when I asked it was like I was inconveniencing them by not wanting milk all over my car. We ordered coffee and a sprite and got the above mentioned terrible coffee and no sprite. I would have gone back in but we had a scheduled meet up and were running late because of all of the issues. I see the other reviews and maybe it was an off morning but I can't recommend...

The only reason they get a da*n star is so I can share the worst experience.. Today 8/22/18@10:23am .. Went through the drive through to grab a quick chz biscuit and O.J .. Needless to say customer service was very poor to start .. Place my order proceed to window to pay and get the most disrespectful looks and service it's ridiculous.. My cashier was Krystal and she was very rude when I payed . I check my food like always before leaving the lot and my biscuit was burnt !!! Like not just hard but black also !! I pull back up to get a fresh one made and sit at the window for quite a min before I once again recive even worse service when ask for a fresh biscuit.. Im told it would be just a sec fresh ones was just ready so I pull up only to never have anyone bring my food or money after 5min I just leave .. Will never go back even though its convent to home.. I will go the extra miles to Bigley for great food and...
