I just had an experience that I would like to share. when I paid for my sub it asked if I wanted to place a tip I did as I always do. IF I ever decide to return I will NOT make this mistake. apparently the girl behind the counter doesn't understand that tip is "to insure prompt service". I had a little 6-inch sub.. no one was in front of me.. so I thought I'll get mine made pretty quick and I can get home after working all day. instead the girl making my sub slowly began my order.. Another customer walked in and she waited and waited for the next customer to place his order then while he was deciding she waited until his receipt printed out then she waited for him to make his choices as to what he would like on his sub. The time it took for her to wait for him to place the order my little 6 inch sub with nothing on it could have been made and I could have been out the door. she slowly began to cut the meat and cheeses for the subs.. not just my sub, but the gentleman's behind me as well.When she went to reach for a meat that I knew wasn't on my sub I said that type of meat wasn't on my sub she blankly looked at me and continued making the man's sub behind me. .just an eye-opener to the girl who chose to skip making my order and make the second persons order, I chose to come there today, many people I know choose to eat there . I am happy to place this review on how I was treated so that people that I don't know can see how this employee acted. I will be sure to tell my family and friends who posted on my social media how this girl with the short blonde hair and the yellow shirt was so inconsiderate. Read moreI called to place an order to pick up. When I got there to pick it up, there was 2 people in front of me to order. The lady at the register was having a little difficult time ringing up the customer. She had to void out the transaction and start over. Then the next lady called in a order and she picked her food up. Then it was my turn to pick my order up. The skinny older lady that was cooking the food on the grill in the back came out in front of all the customers and really belittled and talked down to the her. She was fussing at her about the way she put the order in the register and was telling her she did it all wrong. I felt so sorry for the young lady. I could see the tears swelling up in her eyes. She was so embarrassed in the way she was treated. She apologized to me for the way the lady from the back was acting. I told her she had nothing to apologize for. She was only doing her job the way she thought was the right way. There is a right way that this could have been handled. You should NEVER reprimand an employee in front of customers. Have some Consideration and respect. It was not necessary. I didn’t see her come from the back to show her the right way. She only brought out what she is wrong.
