The food here was the worst Chinese food I've had in a really long time! My usual Chinese restaurant was closed unexpectedly, so I thought I would try this place close by. The customer service was great he was very nice. But I can't explain how bad the food was. The rice was hard and felt like it was undercooked and then fried without good seasoning and fresh grease etc. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. It was large chunks of breaded tough meat, seemed like mostly dark meat but it tasted old and chewy and just completely gross. The egg roll was almost halfway decent until I bit into what tasted like old meat. I regret not taking a photo because it looked awful before I even tasted it, but I tried it anyway and then couldn't even eat it because it was just so bad. Even the mustard in the packets look like it hard turned dark and was old. I do not recommend at all. If you're craving Chinese, either make it yourself or it's worth the drive to go somewhere that actually has good fresh well...
Read moreWe got food for take out. The serving size was smaller than ever (less to throw away). The vegetables were not very fresh. The shrimp fried rice was full of grease, little pieces of black like you get when you let it build up in the firing pan. Everything tasted like it was reheated a time or two. The crunchy noodles to add to the soup were undercooked and not very crunchy...and the fortune cookies were all but burnt. I will never go back. My husband said they were not friendly. (He picked up the order). I placed the order and it took many repeats to finally get my order placed right. I've never received food like this no matter who owned or worked this restaurant over these many years. It has turned me off to any more...
Read moreStaff was friendly, atmosphere was clean. I ordered the Sesame Chicken with fried rice and two egg rolls with a side of sweet and sour. The chicken was not fully cooked! It was inedible. I thought it tasted horribly and I cut open and looked at all the pieces. You could taste the raw flour breading and the chicken itself was not thoroughly cooked. The rice was okay, but oily. The egg rolls tasted dried out. Like the filling was not fresh. I was surprised how bad everything was. Chinese food is one of my favorites. I very rarely have had bad takeout. Except for Panda Express (yuck). This is probably just as bad. I would say that it's a personal taste preference, but the chicken was clearly raw, so that's a big no no...
