First let me say that this is my first negative review that I have ever written. I believe every business and person can have an off day. We were a party of 5 and came at 6pm for dinner. The restaurant was not busy. Everyone was very polite and our server (Christian) was very nice and attentive. One of the persons in our party has a health condition that requires a special diet. We asked our server if we could get a simple plate of steamed vegetables for them. The rest of the party had salads, lobster, sea bass, $175 bottle of wine, martini, coffee & dessert so it was not as if we were not ordering very much. This restaurant is pricy. We were told the chef could not accommodate us. There were only sautéed vegetables. Anyone who cooks knows that steaming a few vegetables is a simple task. In my opinion a restaurant who charges these prices and boasts of their organic fare should be more appreciative of health concerns. The attitude was dismissive and unconcerned. One of our party ordered the lobster and asked if it could be served without the shell. That request was denied by the chef as well because it would not be a good presentation. When you are paying over $50 for a lobster dish which is sautéed and has been removed from the shell anyway, this is not a difficult task for a well trained chef to figure out another presentation. All this to say this restaurant will not do much to accommodate or appreciate it’s customers. All in our party enjoyed their meal but we were not valued as customers and will not...

First the garden draws you in, and then Mr. Martini (cat) greets you. The warm candlelit atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in an intimate location. My table of four was tucked back in the corner which seemed very private. Our cocktails and conversation were priceless. Next came the caprese salad, red oak salad, Caesar salad, and the yummy seasonal butternut bisque soup. All four dinners were spectacular! My husband ate the Delmonico steak which was plentiful and delicious. The rest of us dined on seafood specialties which were amazing! (Lobster sautéed & shrimp & scallops over linguine) Finally, it was dessert time! Nothing can beat the chocolate torte! As you can see, I was very pleased with the atmosphere and overall dining experience. Martini’s is not by any means a cheap restaurant, but to this reviewer it...

Amazing food, ruder than rude staff. We ordered appetizers at 7:30, from that moment on the server was constantly pressing us to order dinner. Sign on the door says open till 11:00. We are out trying to relax and enjoy our time out. At 8:15 she telling us they are closing soon. We ordered dinner, it came out 10 minutes later. We ordered after dinner drinks at 9:00 or so. At 9:30 the wait staff lined up against the far wall, arms folded, giving us the stink eye. Paid the bill and the lights came on. GTFO!!! Went outside to wait for Uber and the hostess kept opening and slamming the door double locking it like we were gonna try to re-enter the bldg. Rude rude rude ppl. Will never be back there. Oh my friend got rack of lamb, ate half, asked to box it up. Well they also put the eaten lamb bones in the take out box....

Had a business dinner with colleague from Italy. Tuna tartare nachos to start were really good, some sort of sweet would have knocked it over the top. I had the key west shrimp & scallops and that was exceptional. My colleague had the sea bass and he loved it. Overall, exceptional food & service. I haven’t been to every where in the Daytona Beach area but I have hard time believing that there is a better restaurant in the nearby area.
