hired them to make a wedding cake for me and my husband who is a firefighter! 800 overpriced dollars i paid for a cake you couldnt eat due to the fondant being thick like play dough . payed to have this all set up for our small wedding . she dropped it off left my cupcakes in disposable pans for my guests . my husbands been a proud firefighter his whole life and worked really hard for this wedding and you have no compassion or care for what you did to us ! It’s pathetic you treat first responders this way and it’s pathetic. You represent your bakery by leaving a cake and cupcakes the way you did at a firefighters wedding! your 75 dollar set up fee you gave back after almost a Month is disgusting. When my husband tried to discuss this with you, you treated him like garbage you have no customer service skills! You certainly shouldn’t be making cake for first responders who deserve integrity and decency which you have none ! stay away this is what I got for $800!!! to respond to the owners answer below 👇 not once did me or my husband ask you for a full refund .. in fact not once did we ever say a dollar amount .. there is no dollar amount on someone’s wedding cake or wedding day! You didn’t even call us and let us know there was an issue with the cake. You did nothing. Where are your customer service skills? First thing I would’ve done is called the bride and groom and let them know. There’s an issue with me setting their cake up. It’s pretty simple.!!!!!!! You as a business owner should’ve made right by us .. But make it clear to you not one time to me or my husband ask you for a full refund Or ask you for any money back Other than your lousy set up fee, which you didn’t give us that back for three weeks ! Ordered my son’s birthday cake from here when on vacation. We got requested a paw patrol cake that is gluten free. The cake was awful I know gluten free can be hard at times to find a good cake but I had faith in this place we got chocolate and vanilla layered cake. The cake was extremely dry I was very disappointed. The cake was also very basic she charged me $20 for the just the cake topper that was just printed out nothing 3d/layered on topper it was literally just at printer paper. Both presence pictures I gave her had the paw patrol logo on the front of the cake which she did not include on my son’s cake. It was a cute cake over all but I would not recommend this place at all specially for gluten free. My son will down a king author gluten free cake mix box but he took 3 bites of this cake and said he was done I don’t blame him no one in my family liked it my 1 year old old even refused the cake.
