I ordered extra pepperoni. Not sure if they just skimp on a regular amount of topping or if they neglected to add extra, but there wasn't much.
When I walked in to pick up the food I said hello and no one responded.
There were two employees standing next to the register. One of them was holding a vape pen and was telling the other guy about various options for it. I stood there for a full minute before I piped up and made my presence known.
The door is a decent hop and a skip away from the register, so I can understand that those guys probably didn't hear me say hello, but there is no way they didn't notice me walk up to the register. I'm a big man.
They look over and I can see the gears turning in the guy's head. It took him a second to say, "uhh did you have an order?"
No way. Seriously? I couldn't believe the quality of service. He clearly didn't care about maintaining any amount of professionalism...
I love the garlic sauce so I'll probably go back there to get garlic sauce for pizza that I get elsewhere. If they are that lackadaisical about helping the costumer what else are they slacking on, you know?
I'll try ordering again in a few months to see if they've figured stuff out. I was so excited when they came to town. It's a sore disappointment.
Clean up your act Dixon Domino's. I want to love you, but you're making it very hard...
Read moreIf it were possible, this store would get a negative rating.
It seems it's no longer possible to order delivery online. The site hangs after entering name and address. There appears to be no way to report this problem, and conversations with this store by voice phone can be very frustrating when it's even possible.
The order spent about 20 minutes in "inspection".
The delivery guy called to say he was unable to find my address. This is a recurrent problem.
The delivery guy arrived with the wrong order. He had to deliver the order he'd taken off with, return to the store and get my order.
Some time later, when my order arrived, nothing was in bags. Trying to hold on to everything, the pizza fell sideways on the ground. Two slices fell out of the box and were therefore unusable.
The pizza was cold when it arrived.
Except maybe for pickup, I will never order form this store again and am actually a bit curious how they're managing to stay in business. Before tonight, I'd not been aware of all the other negative reviews here.
Addendum, three months later: they still haven't fixed their web site. It still hangs.
Addendum, four months after initial review: the web site is still hopelessly messed up. Apparently, they have no interest in serving people who cannot...
Read moreOrdered pizza and pasta. Dominos text message showed driver left at 3:21pm. Checked status after about 30 minutes and it showed it was already delivered. Called and spoke with the manager for an update. All excuses. Said the online app was buggy. Claimed she was afraid the driver may have gotten into an accident or something. Told me she would call the driver then call me back with an update. Never got a call back. Called back after another 15 minutes to see what was going on. Spoke with someone that just came on shift. They checked it out and said that they only had one driver and he left with 4 deliveries. Finally received my order almost an hour after the driver left Dominos- lukewarm. I'm not super picky and get it that it's hard to keep positions filled right now. Not acceptable to be given the run around & not to get a call back when they could have easily just explained the situation and set valid expectations. Congratulations on turning a 3-4 star review into a 1-star review Dominos. We all know that it's rough right now. Just be honest and set valid...
