Jerk "Manager." I ordered my husband's lunch online today, to be delivered to his job. He had no phone and ordering from JJ is usually so easy and convenient so I thought it was the best choice for him. My husband was calling me asking what time his food was being delivered a while after I had scheduled the delivery. I checked the app and the order was marked as delivered. I called the restaurant and the person who answered didnt even let me finish my sentence before asking me to slow down and speak clearly. So I did. He still interrupted me mid sentence and told me to speak up. And when I did this guy starts yelling telling me I'm not speaking clearly, too fast and that I'm shouting over him.I started getting upset... mind you I'm also at work in between seeing patients. The food is usually super good (in my opinion) But the delivery and workers are trash. The amount of times i’ve ordered from here and delivery took well over an hour despite me living a mile away and ordering one singular sandwich is crazy.

They used to require a signature at the door which i’ve never experienced when ordering food, they don’t leave my food at the door either even though I specifically request they do, and one of your drivers asked me about giving a bigger tip since I had only gave $3 and when I politely said no he stormed off back into his car not even saying anything after I said no to giving a bigger tip. Got Food Poisoning.

My friend and I bought two number sixes and ate them. Sandwiches seemed fine when we ate them, but almost exactly a day later we both started to vomiting. This continued multiples over night for both of us. The next day I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with food poisoning and we knew it came from jimmy johns because that was the only meal my friend and I shared and we both received food poisoning around the same time.
