Well where to start. First my food was wrong I called complained and was told the wrong name of the manager. Came to get food replaced and told them exactly what I needed and still they messed it up and told me I didn’t say what I said . My kids eat the same thing no matter what fast food place we go to and to be told that both my kids eat onions and ketchup is actually unacceptable. I have a daughter who is on the spectrum and having ketchup on her sandwich sent her into a complete melt down to where she refused to eat dinner and then to have them remake the food the second day and add more on there including onions was just madness. Oh and to top it off I asked them to repeat my order to make sure everything was right and she said don’t worry it will be and guess what it was all wrong including the extra food I bought. And as I was trying to explain that they screwed up the person who was taking orders at the window in between 9pm and 9:45pm on October 21st 2024 going to tell me oh you ain’t talking to me since yes I started yelling after she didn’t want to admit her mistake when taking my order acting like she about to jump on some one and I really don’t think she should be at the window nor working around food with all that fake her and no hair net to be honest and the attitudes need to leave because I was actually on a decent mood till I had to deal with that and it was ridiculous and had I been a manager there at the time she would’ve been fired that is not the way you talk to customers this has been the worst experience ever and I’ve been coming to rally’s/checkers since I was about 7 years old and I’m 40 this was just disgusting to deal with and of course that rally’s on mayfield in south Euclid Ohio will never have to worry about getting another dime of my money...

If I could accept that when it's busy sometimes you get food that is pre-cooked to handle the rush, what the excuse for this train wreck. Also, notice the tomato wasn't cored. There is some dispute on the toxicity of tomatoes leaves and stems guess If we eat here better check online first. I didn't think to take pics, of the horrible chili dogs. Dark brown /blackish chili before noon, hmmm? Oh and wrapped in paper. No neat box for this little grey shriveled doggies. Only the best-waxed paper for the locals. Also, there were 4 straws for the 2 soda we received and I guess ketchup must be free, cause the handful for the two fries seemed like it must be. Did I call back to complain about this piss poor meal? Well, seeing as how the only payment they could accept was cash, I assumed they were having problems, the kind that a single call couldn't fix. I did take the survey and gave an honest but critical response. In return, I received a free item from this company, That's like being in a wreck calling the cops and afterward, they offer another one free of charge. I would like to mention that the service was ok paced. The cashier was friendly and my bag was clean despite over packed. Read moreThe cashier in the drive-thru was nasty and rude. I ordered the boneless wings and had a coupon to get another order free. I bit into a piece it was so old that the meat was shruken inside the coating,the free box was the same so I went back through the drive-thru and proceeded to argue with me that they were fresh. They made me another box and the young lady I assume who made them nearly threw them through them through the window and I didn't receive my free box at all that time, and they were also old and chewy. I told the cashier again, she said ". I'm just gonna give you your money back, u can't tell me those aren't fresh bcuz every car ahead of u has ordered 10. She cursed several times at the window while we sat there. She was very unprofessional to say the least and should never work the window ever. But what really caught my attention is when she dealt with another lady who was Caucasian who had a complaint she didn't argue one time with her and was very hasty in getting her order to her hot and fresh. How is Rally's/Checkers training their employees? African Americans are not treated well there by other African Americans but Caucasians are treated with respect, SMH.
