I've been to many Subway locations over the years. And until going to this particular one I didn't really pay attention to the fact that it really does depend on which franchise should go to. This particular location hit all the right check boxes and that's why I gave it five stars because it made me think back to the ones that are actually closer to my home that compared to this one had a lot lower quality. Now I know I'll actually take the time to drive a little bit out of my way because the quality, cleanliness, the service and everything else was far better than the ones that are just around the corner from me. The app changes the order to cancelled/voided. My card was still charged. Staff there just got angry that I had the nerve to be mad they charged my card, didn’t give me any food, nor offer to refund my card.
