I share really only two types of reviews on Google. Exceptional reviews and ... "what was that...what just happened and why 🌟 "
My son is Autistic and although we've experienced tremendous growth, his food aversions are going to be the death of me.
So lately out of no where, he's been exploring his taste buds, which is an exciting journey for us. He prefers vegetarian options.
For about two weeks, he's been saying he wants to try a hard and soft veggie taco from Taco Bell. Mind you, we're excited because he doesn't eat vegetables.
One of my favorite treats for myself is a veggie taco from our South Euclid Taco Bell. Always great service and no issues. 3 hard tacos, no meat, no beans. Simple.
Saturdays experience with my son and daughter ended up involving and wasting the time of our South Euclid police offers because of hostile employees and a less than helpful GM, Fao.
The employees were aggressive, threatened my daughter and refused to provide a refund for something that was so simple and honestly, I never thought would become such a big deal.
It started in the drive through. They weren't professional over the intercom, which is unlike them.
They threw one of the tacos in the bag and it was opened and fell apart. No biggie. Handed it back, so they could remake it.
When we pull into the parking lot, 4 of the six tacos were wrong. They were missing tomatoes and sour cream, which we paid extra for.
No biggie. My daughter goes in to get them fixed, where they began to argue, although we had the tacos to show they were made wrong.
Meanwhile, many customers were coming back in and complaining their orders were wrong.
When my daughter returns, all the tacos had meat in them.
When I returned to ask for a refund, the young man told me I put the meat in there. ???? HUH? So, I just have taco bell meat in my car. He was threatening. He threw the bag. He was on the phone with the GM who refused to provide me with their name and said I'd have to come back in 3 days for a refund??
Mind you, I believe in good customer service, and I've worked in customer service for years, so I'm very polite. When there's something wrong, because I really don't think it's that big of a deal to fix items that are incorrect, I'm never been rude.
I was really caught off guard by how aggressive they were. The employees we're gearing up and ready for a fight, over lettuce and tomatoes.
It was uncomfortable and it made the experience for my son who is already autistic, even more uncomfortable.
I heard the young man trying to convince his general manager that I added meat to the tacos. And I also overheard him saying a lady came in earlier that day with roaches in her food.
I am a black woman, so I'm very careful when it comes to confrontation in our community, especially with our youth. Our young ones are very angry and always ready for a fight these days.
But because they refuse to resolve the issue and I did not trust the general manager to keep his/her word to provide a refund in 3 days when they would not even provide service at the time of service, I did ask for assistance from our non emergency Police officers.
I removed myself from the premises to avoid their aggressive behavior from escalating when I called.
This always comes down to leadership and training issues in an organization. One of the reasons that we don't see these type of issues at businesses like Chick-fil-A is because, as a franchise, they take the training of their employees seriously, and they are serious about who they hire.
Imagine if my behavior would have matched theirs...over lettuce and tomatoes...
We have got to do better as a community, and as hiring managers...

so i've been here a handful of times in the past couple of months (during daytime hours) and the food is generally good, that being said the wait times vary and more than once (especially after 11) the employees just randomly stop taking orders at the window and only fulfill online orders. oh and a handful of times i've driven by when they were supposed to be open and there was clearly no one there.
also i have placed an order online, was told it was being prepared and upon arriving the employees said they had never received the order, and made it once i showed them my phone with the paid for order listed as "ready".
and then there was the time that the place seemed to be open (again, after 11pm), but no one would answer at the speaker, and no one would come to the window, but there was a running van sitting right by the entrance, so i assume who ever was supposed to be working was just getting high with their buddies in the parking lot.
i guess in summation, if you want to roll the dice on whether you'll get edible food here during the day, you might. but despite what the advertised hours are, this location does not do business after like 9 or 10.
Original review: Avoid.
Lines are always long as they are the slowest place you could go. Food is generally a mess, barely wrapped burritos, wrong ingredients or entirely wrong items.
They allege that they are open until 4, yet @ midnight on a Saturday a whole line of cars are waiting and then angrily driving away after no one can be bothered to answer the speaker.
The service has been exactly this horrible for years, I am truly amazed that they've stayed...
Read moreWould give zero stars if I could. I placed a mobile order at this location tonight and arrived at 9:30 to pick it up. I was the third car in line and I sat there for 45 MINUTES before finally getting to the speaker. Once I finally got there, the woman working the window said, “Just a moment.”
We must have different definitions of “a moment.” I sat there in complete silence with no explanation for another 10 minutes. At one point, a woman in the car behind me rolled down her window and asked if they’d taken my order yet. I said they hadn’t, and she yelled back, “This is RIDICULOUS.” The woman working the drive-thru must have heard this, because she again said “Just a moment please.”
Like an idiot, I continued to sit for another 7 minutes. I said, “Hello? Is anyone there?” three or four times to absolutely no response. Finally, I felt like I had no choice but to leave. I hadn’t eaten all day so I was very hungry, and I wasted an HOUR of my time sitting in this drive-thru waiting for food that I never got.
And I wasn’t the only unhappy customer. There were several other cars behind me, and with the way the drive-thru is set up, many of them were unable to turn around and leave so they were forced to sit and wait.
When I drove past the drive-thru window, there was a woman standing there with a headset on. And there were three or four men up at the front counter.
What the hell is going on at this location? Is this even a functioning Taco Bell, or is it some kind of front for something else? Because I’ve seen no proof that they actually...
